I was very happy with today's visit. I was craving a XL White Hazelnut Bark hot coffee and was bummed when I didn't see it on the app. I called and spoke with Bailey and he told me how to make it over the app. I called back when I realized I had no idea how much sugar originally is put in that XL hot Coffee and spoke to Ella's the second time. They were both so very helpful and I was able to get my favorite drink on this very cold night... Thank you Bailey and Ella for the superb customer service will definitely return to this location...

Coffee always has a burnt taste and coffee grounds floating in my drink. I am a regular customer and have expressed the concerns on multiple occasions. The manage knows it’s happening and won’t do crap.

We’ve have visited this Dunkin twice, both times the very young people working there completely ignored us. I had to ask for assistance and a young man with purple hair said he couldn’t help, we would have to wait a while longer for another person who was in the back.
We left and will never be back.

Past 2 mornings I’ve stopped here & my coffee taste watered down or burned .
I ordered through DoorDash and got the Hot Honey Bacon Sandwich and I asked for no cheese and a plain bagel instead of the buttered brioche bun because I have a serious dairy allergy and they sent it with cheese and a brioche bun TWICE. So not only do they completely disregard customer orders that could be because of an allergy but now I have been out of breakfast twice. I'm done ordering from here because I would like to not have an allergic reaction because of careless employees.
Nearing the end of the day for them so the pickings were getting slim, but they still had some decent selections. Friendly & helpful staff.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I just realized they have been adding a surcharge of $1 for the egg on an egg and cheese sandwich. This may seem like a small thing, but it isn’t. This is underhanded, sneaky, and I don’t like it. I probably won’t be coming back here, because I don’t like businesses who try to find sneaky ways of upping prices to get extra money from their customers.
How would you like to go to McDonald and told there are no hamburgers, or Chik Fil A told you there is no chicken? Make you upset you wasted the trip, right? I see now why Dunkin' took the "Donuts" off their branding. When I go to a Dunkin' Donuts, I expect donuts, a variety of them, like I used to see in years past. This is the second and last time I come to this location off West Avenue, which is closer to me. As I walk in, I see a HUGE selection of mugs. All sorts of colors and sizes. But then, I saw empty trays with no donuts or the markings of what would have been a tray full of Boston Cremes. There were ZERO cremes or jellies and what was there was not a variety worth buying. Oh, lest not forget the shrinkflation sizing of what was a decent sized donut. When I asked where the donuts are, I was told what I see is all they got. Seriously? Are you now Dunkin Coffee? Dunkin Beverages?? I left then drove 4 miles to the Gentilly location and was greeted with zero mugs and a better selection of donuts. Their selection was better although I truly miss the chocolate coconut donut and the wider variety Dunkin was known for. So, save your gas and aggravation and go to the Gentilly Dunkin unless you only want to buy a mug from the Charley Harper location because they have a lot of them, just no donuts.

Google needs to fix the star rating so u can do 0 stars. The stuff here is horrible, stopped a couple years ago and it was awful then. Gave a second chance this evening and no different, three girls in here working and one mopping just ignored us, then the one girl that finally did take out order couldn't even tell us when our drinks were done and as my wife walked over to get her drink the other girl working drive through just gave her a go to hell look as my wife picked up her drink asking if it was hers, these were the sloppiest dressed people I ever seen trying to run a buisnes for someone not to mention, walking around in what could be pajamas and house shoes, there was no trash bag outside so I was nice enough to go back through the store and throw away our trash in a bag. Won't be back to this location ever again. That was last chance.
Went with my daughter we order Lattes they weren't better than McDonald's

A lack of customer service is not unusual here. Really needs to be addressed. If you don't like working with the public (who can be a challenge) you need to find a different career path. And PLEASE wipe down your counter and tables more frequently. Make it so people want to stay and enjoy there coffee.
