I go to DD ever single morning Sunday thru Friday order thru the app. Order the exact same coffee. And every morning it tastes different. This morning I ordered an Everything bagel with plain cream cheese and an extra cream cheese. Well get to the window. We do t have plan cream cheese. All the had was veggie. Which is fine. Get to work and open my Everything bagel. Yeap this isn’t an Everything bagel. There a sweet black girl coffee on point and food correct. Her partner a slightly heavy set white girl. I think is the one not paying attention.

Dunkin is hit or miss. Sometimes you get great fresh donuts and great service. Other times you may get stale donuts and the people seem confused. The location by Home Depot is the best of the 3 in Cartersville.

Drink is NEVER the same. I order on the app and order medium iced coffee with whole milk and butter pecan swirl. Most of the time it doesn’t taste like butter pecan at all like they forgot to put it in it! Today instead of milk they put cream? They don’t listen and do not care about how the drink is made. Waste of money!

Iced coffee seems to suck most of the time either they run out of liquid cane sugar and use regular sugar but don’t notify you that they are out. So you end up sipping clumps of sugar with bitter coffee. Other times it seems like the coffee isn’t brewed properly or maybe just old. Says they put pumps of vanilla in the drink but taste like they skipped the favoring all together. Tired of paying for inconsistent and crappy coffee. Won’t be going back anymore.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday this week I went to this DD on my way in to work. I always get the same drink at every single DD. Large iced oat milk late with 1 hazelnut syrup. Monday, the drink was not oat old nor had any syrup. Tuesday they gave me a medium mocha something with extra sugar, and Thursday when ordering I made sure to let them know the issues I had had that week, and ordered the same drink but a croissant with egg and cheese. No bacon or sausage as I am a vegetarian. They apologized for the mistakes and I paid and left. As I bit into my sandwich I realized it had bacon on it!! I was already on 20 so I decided to keep the receipt and go back after work. When I went there I walked up to the window and let the lady know what had happened. I gave her the sandwich and the receipt showing I ordered no meat. She offered to remake, but it was dinner time and I asked for a refund. She said she could not do that, but to come back and she would put my receipt up and I could tell them at the window that I had a free sandwich. Today, Saturday, I went to get the large oatmeal latte and the sandwich and told the lady at the speaker I was picking up a free sandwich because mine was wrong on Thursday and my receipt was up at the window. Some manager got on the speaker and told me “ You will get nothing free. You have come up here each day this week to get free food and I am not giving you anything free”. I was shocked I argued with her, and she told me just this once she would give me my food but I was not welcome back. I drove to the window and had all my Dunkin’ transactions pulled up, but she basically threw my drink at me and then my sandwich and said don’t come back as they would never serve me!!!! I never did a thing wrong! I have never been insulted like this in my life!! I want to talk with the franchise owner and Dunkin corporate myself. I use this location at least 4 times a week.
