You know, I understand that mornings are busy, but to wait in the drive thru line for almost 10 minutes before ordering, then pull up to the window just to be asked to pull up to the double doors to wait some more is absolutely ridiculous. I waited patiently, paid and now I have to wait some more. Not cool
