This location is better than most! The staff is always friendly the young lady even told me to be safe one night I came late through the drive through. My food is always hot and coffee delicious. The only complaint is the WiFi never work! So you can’t come in and sit down and work.

I typically go to this location since it close to my home. I’ve hardly had problems , I’ve seen new crews rotate out through the years and let’s just say the few that’s there currently need more training! It’s always something wrong with my order & they are rude . I work in Canton and frequent that location often as well & NEVER any issues and super friendly. I’m a manager & been in customer service for over 15 years & this location needs a lesson or two. I never leave reviews for the simple fact I work in retail and understand all too well but today was it for me. Kindness and awareness goes a LONG way.

I come here occasionally and when I do it is a lovely experience. The staff are sweet and even when they are busy they make sure that you are acknowledged and will take your order as soon as possible.

I walked in at 6 pm for doughnuts, and they didn't have any. They said they were out of doughnuts. Well, make some!! You don't close until 9 pm, and you have no doughnuts for sale?! Three girls (employees) are just standing around doing nothing!

I purchased an extra large coffee with 7 cream. The coffee was hot and the cream was great. The gal of the window did a great job.

Update and edit. I haven’t seen an apple donut since this review 6 yrs ago lol. The donuts are not as good anymore. The frosting is sometimes wet so I just stopped buying them. The bagels are hard. The new crew is not as friendly as the old crew. They don’t smile and they’ll walk past you and not acknowledge. Horrible costumer service.

Older review: Originally 4 starred them decided to give 5. When they mess up they give me free donuts. (Happened only twice without me asking).
I Love the way they make my large hot coffe. That's all I get from here honestly. And a donut if I'm feeling like sweets. They always have my Apple donut which is great because some franchises don't always.

Friday morning I came to this located in purchase a dozen of donuts and a white chocolate latte. When I made it to work I found out that my order was wrong. I ordered a classic dozen thinking I would get just glaze and I was given a specialty box. I called in spoke with Chassidy she explained that the person in the drive thru was supposed to ask what kind of classic box I wanted. She said when did I have time to pick up another box. I explained that I work in Atlanta so it’ll be sometime next week. Since it’s Christmas I figured why not get it today. She said she would leave a note for me (Natalie) I called this Christmas morning asking to speak with Chassidy in explaining what she told me. The person over the phone immediately said that she wouldn’t be able to do it and that Chassidy didn’t tell the manager. I completely understand, but I didn’t like how she handle things as if I was lying and she was also very silent. I told her no worries when would be a better time to call back in she acted as if she didn’t know. Bad service and I would never go back to this location again!

There is ALWAYS something when I go to this location. The food is old, the coffee is wrong, today I can't hear the lady at the drive thru and the oven is broken... I won't go here again. Never had a good experience at this location.
