“Completely unacceptable experience. On August 6, 2025, around 4:24 PM, I came to resolve an issue from the day before when I was given stale donuts. I had two small children with me and even offered to pay for fresh ones, but the woman claiming to be the manager refused to help, refused to give her name, and spoke to the general manager (Crystal Domingo) on speakerphone in an unprofessional tone. She ultimately refused me service entirely. This is not the Dunkin’ standard. I have already reported this incident to Dunkin’ corporate and will be contacting the franchise owner directly. I would advise others to avoid this location until they address their customer service issues.” She even told me “there are other Dunkin’ donuts you can go too “ she is young girl and had a head band in her hair and thought she was doing something by talking to me a certain way in front of her employees.

This location was so rude and wouldn't even let me add to my order. They made my kids cry and were so disrespectful. I warn anyone who goes to this location. They didn't even make my coffee drinks correctly and tasted horrible

We love coming here especially when Rebecca is here!!! She is their GEM!!! Regardless of the day or hour she is the same cheery and upbeat ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service in her voice and with her smile! She works the drive thru with green lights meaning she keeps it moving even when there’s a problem (this is my personally observation)! This is our favorite Dunkin’ in C’Ville!

We go to a lot of Dunkin Donuts. This one was great! We got the feeling they get a little flustered at times with orders for a family of four, but they did overall solid! The bagel minis were made to perfection, unlike some places that undercook the inside or burn the outside.

This location is better than most! The staff is always friendly the young lady even told me to be safe one night I came late through the drive through. My food is always hot and coffee delicious. The only complaint is the WiFi never work! So you can’t come in and sit down and work.

I typically go to this location since it close to my home. I’ve hardly had problems , I’ve seen new crews rotate out through the years and let’s just say the few that’s there currently need more training! It’s always something wrong with my order & they are rude . I work in Canton and frequent that location often as well & NEVER any issues and super friendly. I’m a manager & been in customer service for over 15 years & this location needs a lesson or two. I never leave reviews for the simple fact I work in retail and understand all too well but today was it for me. Kindness and awareness goes a LONG way.
I come here occasionally and when I do it is a lovely experience. The staff are sweet and even when they are busy they make sure that you are acknowledged and will take your order as soon as possible.

I walked in at 6 pm for doughnuts, and they didn't have any. They said they were out of doughnuts. Well, make some!! You don't close until 9 pm, and you have no doughnuts for sale?! Three girls (employees) are just standing around doing nothing!
