Horrible service. The manager shuts down the registers inside the store when the drive thru is busy. They will only serve pickup orders during that time. The front door is locked. The side door by the pickup counter is the only one they open. Also, they will not allow you to place more than one order in the drive thru. Customer service is not a priority. Employee convenience is the priority. When I expressed my feelings at the drive thru, the young lady was rude and dismissive. The restaurant inside is also filthy. Another location is opening on Hwy 41. I’ll be going there.

We come here every single Sunday before church and the service and product is exceptional. My wife comes almost every morning and the same with great service and product is amazing. Now the bad part, I come in the afternoon and the employees can never get the order how my wife orders. They always tell me it can not be done and my wife gets the same order 99% of the time. It’s like the employees who work in the afternoons do not want to do their jobs? Great place just got to get the afternoon employees on board.

Store management very rude! I pull in 15 mins early.No one in her drive-thru...Lady says We don't open for another 15 mins...My response I know I'll wait.5 mins after can I take your order...same lady that said she was the store managerI asked for the snaking bacon.Rude ladys comment our hot bar ain't up and running.My responce ok how much longer?Rude manager I don't know but ya can't be sitting in my drive-thruWas going to go park if it wasn't very much longer...My response says who?Rude managers response says me the store manager...I've been going to the dk for many years and this is the 1st time I've ever been told I can't sit in an empty drive thru....will be calling corporate on this one...and will Never be back to this location!My response ok B!tch !And I drove off....

I hate leaving negative reviews but I've given this place many opportunities and they still fail. Unfortunately there is no customer service here. They are not welcoming and never have anything. Sad that this generation has absolutely ZERO work ethic. Drive through girl has an attitude, barely even speaks or just one word answers. It seems like they have no management. Sadly I'll be sticking with Starbucks.

Disappointing AM visit. Doughnuts & baked goods’ looks exceed taste. Also, cashier took more time explaining kitchen problems that would delay us than actually took. And then, my order wrong. Sigh.

Also, I think the young, flighty cashier took more time explaining various kitchen problems that would delay us than it took to actually get the food. And then, my order was wrong - they’d charged for & made a more expensive item. Sigh. To their credit, they quickly remade to get me the pancake wrap & let us keep the wrong item. Then, I noticed they hadn’t included the dipping syrup. I asked the same cashier - she took a brief glance at the containers behind counter & said in a sort of whine, “I think we’re out of that.” First Dunkin’ visit in years & sadly, I’m reminded why.

I’d give zero stars. There’s a guy there works morning shift I believe he is a manager named Bert who is just very rude and unnecessarily rushing both customers and his own employees. All the employees seem unhappy when he is there and are also just as rushy when he’s there. I’m not the type to get the same thing every day , yet every single time I stop at this Dunkin and look at the menu for ANY amount of time when he is on shift I am rushed and my first interaction resulted in the man walking out of the back of the restaurant and telling me “If I don’t know what I want come inside” even though I was just trying to order some donuts with my coffee and wanted to know what was available and there wasn’t any donuts on the menu so I asked what they had available at the time. He told me I should already know what they have even though they don’t always have every kind of donut and they definitely don’t have donuts on the menu at all. I even asked the girl at the window why I get rushed every time without fail and she proceeds to just take the next order because to me she felt pressured by THE SAME MAN to take the order as quick as possible. Then Bert hands me a single bag with some hash browns after paying $20 and asks if I had any drinks. Like he is clearly not fit for his position ESPECIALLY if he is anyone’s manager. I’ve worked actual fast food at many different restaurants and had many different managers who would push drive times but this is something different. You never should be rude to customers under any circumstances and it’s also one thing to request we come inside , it’s another to come out the back door on me when you literally had just opened at about 6:15am and nobody was behind me in line and I hadn’t been there more than a couple minutes. This is the worst experience I’ve had as a customer at any kind of restaurant since it’s been multiple times coming through and dealing with the same guy and seeing how he treats people.

Awful experience just now at drive through. The girls there have an awful attitude. I had never been there before and was asking questions. She seemed annoyed I was asking the pricing as it wasn't even on the menu neither were the price of donuts nor the flavors of donuts. When I asked how much she told me to look on the screen, twice. The letters were small and everything was confusing to me. I finally jad to ask her to just tell me. Then she said they were out of every flavor donut that I couldn't buy a dozen of mixed I'd have to only buy originals. So based on the attitude and lack of food , I will not be taking my business there or recommending. There's no need to get annoyed by a simple question. It wasn't busy there were no cars except me in drive through. It needs better service with employees that are friendly and helpful and fresh donuts.
