The burgers are TERRIBLE, worst burger that I ever had in my entire life! Beef patties are paper thin, ordered the burger with bacon and it only had one little piece about an inch long and no more. It is way OVER-PRICED and certainly NOT worth what they charge, $24.79 for two burgers and small cut shoestring fries and a coke is a RIDICULOUS PRICE! We will never go back to Freddy's again!And that's a fact!

My husband and I decided to have dinner at Freddy’s today at the Cartersville location. We typically order the same thing every time we go which is a #4 patty melt combo w/chili cheese fry's. On this particular day “Big kudos to one of the employees by the name of Andrea” for taking care of us when another customer accidentally took our order from the counter. She was so nice, and apologetic for what happened and made sure to expedite our order to minimize us waiting even longer. Once completed she even brought it over to the table again apologizing. This made all the difference in our overall experience with Freddy’s and we’ll definitely be returning.

I'm giving it 4 stars for now. We ordered ice cream, which was very good, and a few orders of cheese curds. One of the cheese curds tasted like it marinated in the ocean, and then they dumped a bunch of salt on it afterward. The ice batch was powerful in all fairness. And we went inside and ordered to go. I'll give them 1 more chance. But that's all.

Walked in the building only to be hit in the face by the super strong pungent odor of mold. Clearly the floor is in this facility isn't being washed, amongst other things. Immediately walked back out.

I'm actually repulsed at how many recent 5 star reviews there are for this place. We walked in this evening and immediately turned around and walked out. The smell in this place is putrid. I thought it smelled like a dirty toilet, but my husband who used to do restaurant floors said that's the smell of moldy floors/dirty water they're cleaning with. ? No way I could have sat in that lobby for more than a minute and I certainly don't want food from somewhere that smells that bad. Health dept probably needs to look into that.

With new management and new employees they've really turned things around - Avery is an amazing manager. The place is so much cleaner than it used to be, the new employees seem happy, and the food - as always - is excellent. Can't recommend enough.
Had the #1 meal. That was the best burger I have had in a while. The onion rings were good and everything still hot. Service was friendly and very efficient from ordering to pick up.
