Kaleb was so professional , nice and patient we had our 2 grandsons so it took a minute for us to decide on what they wanted. They had never ate at Guthries they said it was better than zaxbys which was thier favorite

I came through the drive-thru and placed my order with Faith, who was very kind and had great customer service. At first my fries were undercooked, and they also forgot my toast. When I came inside and explained everything the manager was very nice and apologized. They remade my whole meal and everything was so much better. The chicken tenders were so crispy and the toast was perfect. The service at this Guthrie's is outstanding. I will certainly be back!

The atmosphere is great!!!! Nice lights clean place as well… thing that made me mad was the dry dry dry chicken small pieces of chicken some of the fries were crispy some were super soggy…the wait time is unbelievable no body in drive through one group of 2 inside standing around nothing happening no signs of employees one comes out takes order…they get the food in 10 minutes then we are waiting for ours take at least 15 min….
