Kaleb was so professional , nice and patient we had our 2 grandsons so it took a minute for us to decide on what they wanted. They had never ate at Guthries they said it was better than zaxbys which was thier favorite
I came through the drive-thru and placed my order with Faith, who was very kind and had great customer service. At first my fries were undercooked, and they also forgot my toast. When I came inside and explained everything the manager was very nice and apologized. They remade my whole meal and everything was so much better. The chicken tenders were so crispy and the toast was perfect. The service at this Guthrie's is outstanding. I will certainly be back!
Walked in and was immediately greeted. Cashier quickly took my order(Big "G" box) and I paid within 2 minutes. Spent about 4-5 minutes before food arrived and instead of 6 whole tenders it was 1-2 actual tenders with about 6 or 7 little tender nuggets. It tasted great as usual but the "nuggets" were mostly crispy breading with a thin strip of meat. I've been to this Guthrie's before and it's been great. Pretty sure this is just a one time...
