At our recent visit we were unable to dine inside due to a shortage of staff, but the drive thru was very quick and efficient. The food was very good and hot. Would recommend this location if you are ever in the area of Cartersville Ga.

The service might have been a little slow, but I think there was only one person working. I've got to give them this, at least my food was fresh and hot. It's probably the best burger I've had in a long time.

Order was wrong. Breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock. Food was just nasty. All I was offered was replacement food. I don’t want anymore gross food. I wanted my money back. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Hardee’s. Food is too expensive to be terrible. Will not return.

If I could give anything less than a 1 star rating, I would. My wife as well as myself were craving a burger and fry and thought we would come to this location to grab lunch. I drive by there almost everyday day and do not usually see see a lot of other customers and now I know why. The customer service was rude, rushed and just made us feel horrible for even ordering. “Beth” took our order, almost dropped a drink as she pretty much through it at me. The order was wrong and the food we did get did not taste good at all. In fact, we didn’t even eat but a few fries and a bite of our burgers. Not sure why the service was so terrible. We were the only ones in the drive through so it’s not like she needed to make us feel guilty from ordering from there or give us the wrong order which tasted horrible. I can understand if there are a lot of customers and she is just super busy but seriously, no need to be like that. Never coming back and whatever few remaining customers that do go back, don’t. This place needs to go away. Maybe bring an In and Out or possibly even a Panda Express. I could still do both of those choices even with a rude employee. I would still go back because their food is fantastic!

Ordered a combo #4 and combo #5. The total was more than 2 dollars more than I expected. When I asked why they said their prices went up. I told them the order board had a different price than what they charged me. They first tried to tell me the board was changed, they had to go outside to verify it had not been. After 10 minutes I was offered two apple pies or two cinnamon rolls to make up for it. I did not want the desserts or I would have ordered them. I was so frustrated as my lunch was getting colder that I told them to just change the board so the next person would not be over charged. She said they would in the morning, it was noon on Saturday. I am pretty sure it is illegal to advertise one price and charge another. In case you are wondering #4 advertised at $8.19, charged $9.09 and #5 advertised at $5.89 charged $7.49. So all Saturday I am pretty sure everyone in the drive through was overcharged.

I just left this location. The manager was standing in the lobby talking loudly on the phone while the two employees got my oder wrong. I remember when Hardee's had good food. They haven't been the cheapest, but they had the best burgers. This location is one of the worst I've visited.

The people that work here are always so nice to me when I drop in. The service is quick too. The restaurant stays pretty empty but it's always clean. Quality and flavor of the food isn't that great. That's corporates cheap fault though.
Economy and location hurt this store.Dining room usually closed with drive thru Only!But food is killer and coupons come often in mail.To get customers and get allot of product sold they will let you use 2 coupons 2 times so if feeding allot of people can save a ton!!

Hardee's once was the standard, for breakfast biscuits. Now, they are terrible; two times lately, they looked squashed nearly flat and luke warm.When McDonald's puts out a better biscuit, something is majorly wrong there.

Let me tell you, I was surprised at how delicious the food was tonight. We were the only car in the drive through and once the food came out I could tell it was fresh. This Hardee’s is bussin at night. The food was so hot, fresh and good. Best Hardee’s experience ever!

Lobby is closed, so drive thru is required. We are and have been the only customers here (picking up a door dash orders) and have been waiting 15 minutes already for just a burger and milk shake. No sign of getting the order anytime soon.
