The worst Ihop experience I have ever had, the first server refused to take my takeout order because he said takeout customers don't tip. They forgot my pancakes and if I hadn't checked the bag, I wouldn't have known. My eggs Benedict were cold and tasteless. Destiny ( the second server) was the only professional person I dealt with, mind you they only has 4 other customers in the restaurant.
3 visits to Cartersville Main Street . dining room almost empty waited ..over an hour
To be seated ..they blamed it on kitchen
If you go, ask for Matt. My family had some pretty specific needs this evening and he made it all happen! We needed a wheelchair-accessible table near an outlet and required food prepared for vegetarian and a couple food allergies—not only did he rock our requests, he did so with such a pleasant demeanor! Smiling the whole time. He’s amazing and our food was absolutely delicious!
