My wife and I come here once a month. Every time we come in the service is friendly and amazing, the food is delicious and consistent, and the atmosphere is hospitable and friendly. They are amazing time and time again.

We have been here 6-8 times in the past 5 years. Mostly good, but not today. Water tasted bad. Exchanged for another water and it was better. I believe the soap was still in the glass. Silverware was dirty. Bacon was not cooked crispy as ordered and it took forever to get two pieces of bacon delivered. Had to send it back. Eggs Benedict ham was deli ham instead of a thick slice. Hollandaise sauce was sub par at best. I have never ever written a note on my ticket, but today I wrote Bad Food. Service was ok but just an overall bad experience because of overpriced slop. My first bite of link sausage was greeted with a hard piece of bone and the bacon is the poorest quality meat that IHOP can purchase Will never go back 3 people ate Complete waste of money Waffle House is 100% better

Our server was so rude. She didn't introduce herself and did not have any manners. Messed up my daughter's order and didn't even apologize. She seemed to be inconvenienced when we asked for more coffee. Food was good but will have to ask for a different server next time.

i ordered chicken and waffles and the chicken looked as burnt as these chocolate pancakes. our server said that if they cooked it any less, the middle would be cold? i’ve never heard of that but ok? $14 for some burnt chicken is not acceptable!!!
