We have been here 6-8 times in the past 5 years. Mostly good, but not today. Water tasted bad. Exchanged for another water and it was better. I believe the soap was still in the glass. Silverware was dirty. Bacon was not cooked crispy as ordered and it took forever to get two pieces of bacon delivered. Had to send it back. Eggs Benedict ham was deli ham instead of a thick slice. Hollandaise sauce was sub par at best. I have never ever written a note on my ticket, but today I wrote Bad Food. Service was ok but just an overall bad experience because of overpriced slop. My first bite of link sausage was greeted with a hard piece of bone and the bacon is the poorest quality meat that IHOP can purchase Will never go back 3 people ate Complete waste of money Waffle House is 100% better

Our server was so rude. She didn't introduce herself and did not have any manners. Messed up my daughter's order and didn't even apologize. She seemed to be inconvenienced when we asked for more coffee. Food was good but will have to ask for a different server next time.

i ordered chicken and waffles and the chicken looked as burnt as these chocolate pancakes. our server said that if they cooked it any less, the middle would be cold? i’ve never heard of that but ok? $14 for some burnt chicken is not acceptable!!!

Long wait which was expected..Service from Belle was great but upon asking for my check it took ten minutes to get it because of computer issues . Went to the counter to check out and waited another ten minutes to pay where the girl walked away with my card out of my site .That is not acceptable. WHILE the charges were correct and nothing went out of the norm.I still do not feel this is a good business practice. That is why I gave them a two star rating . Here again my server Belle was a sweetheart, But all of the rest of it was a cluster at best. Thanks Belle but know thanks IHOP . Glad this is not the one near my home in orlando. I won't be back to this location.

We love IHOP but we won’t be back during the fall/winter months at this location as it is way too cold in there and we couldnt even enjoy our food. We did however, love our server Diana as she was very efficient and personable.

If you’re going to stop at an IHOP, the Cartersville Ga IHOP is your best bet for what’s left lingering of IHOP’S. Got wild kids? No problem, that’s somebodies mama serving you. Food is on point. Staff is sharp. I felt like I was in a late 90s IHOP with my grandfather. Five Stars across the board for this one.
Vegetarian options: You can eat well.
Parking: During reasonable times it’s tight, but manageable for a decent driver. It’s worth it.
Kid-friendliness: They’re equipped with mothers and grand mothers. Please tip accordingly.
