I recently visited the Jimmy John’s in Cartersville and what truly made my visit exceptional was the exceptional customer service from Destiny.
Destiny went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my order was perfect, and her positive attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. Always a good experience here. Sandwiches are always made fresh, fast and tasty. The manager/owner played a game of "basketball" with my son to win a cookie. That was super cool of them.

By far the BEST Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had (and I’ve stopped all over the country). Very fast service, friendly staff, and clean. My kids are picky and sometimes I run into issues with ordering their food. But these guys were awesome and put extra effort into making exactly what they wanted. I will stop here whenever we’re passing through. Very satisfied customer!

Unbelievably fast sandwiches. From the time I ordered til before I was finished filling up my drink at the soda fountain my order was ready. Good meats and lots of vegetables on the sandwiches. Packed so full it was easier and less messy ti turn it sideways and eat it like a taco. Best tomatoes I’ve seen at a fast food sandwich shop. FAST and friendly service.

This the 2nd time that I have ordered lunch for my home business and they have just rang the doorbell, jumped in their vehicle and then left the bag on the ground by the door. This will be the last time that I order because if I am on a conference call and can't get to the door in time my food is on the ground not in my patio chair on my front porch, so any animal in the neighborhood could get into it.
Employees and food were great. Music was a little hard or heavy for my taste.

I placed an order and never received it. I called to check on my order once it said it was out for delivery and 20 minutes later still did not see it and the manger was somewhat rude. So after an 1hour and 45 minutes I called to cancel the order since I never got delivery. Well that’s when I find out it was delivered to the wrong address. The manger thought I was lying(and later when I spoke to the Owner, she confirmed that is what they thought.) The app never showed delivered and the manager and the store owner said that they are not responsible for what the app says. Well the wild part is after the store owner calls me she says that with all the circumstances she would go to the store and make it right and deliver it herself. My husband went to wait on her outside so she would not have to be in the rain and catches the RESTURANT OWNER coming from the wrong address and getting the food that was left on their porch at this point for over 2 hours and trying to deliver it to us. That food had been unintended for awhile and anything could have happen to it and tried to deliver that to us but was startled when she saw him standing there. I would not recommend this place to anyone for their shady business ethnics that could be dangerous. I am in disbelief of all the underhandedness and the miss opportunity to make a simple mistake right.
