I placed an order and never received it. I called to check on my order once it said it was out for delivery and 20 minutes later still did not see it and the manger was somewhat rude. So after an 1hour and 45 minutes I called to cancel the order since I never got delivery. Well that’s when I find out it was delivered to the wrong address. The manger thought I was lying(and later when I spoke to the Owner, she confirmed that is what they thought.) The app never showed delivered and the manager and the store owner said that they are not responsible for what the app says. Well the wild part is after the store owner calls me she says that with all the circumstances she would go to the store and make it right and deliver it herself. My husband went to wait on her outside so she would not have to be in the rain and catches the RESTURANT OWNER coming from the wrong address and getting the food that was left on their porch at this point for over 2 hours and trying to deliver it to us. That food had been unintended for awhile and anything could have happen to it and tried to deliver that to us but was startled when she saw him standing there. I would not recommend this place to anyone for their shady business ethnics that could be dangerous. I am in disbelief of all the underhandedness and the miss opportunity to make a simple mistake right.

I have eaten at Jimmy Johns in Cartersville several times. Each time the food was excellent. Today we ordered delivery and a very nice young lady delivered to us quickly and with a smile. Ordered the new Tuscan Italian wrap and it was delicious!

Their perfectionism is what makes Jimmy John’s our only go to for sandwiches. They make the best Un Wich’s ensuring that our sandwiches are always spot on. Thank you Aurora and Shannon.

Ordered a ham sandwich with no cheese, lettuce tomato pickles and mustard. Get home to no mustard and CHEESE on it. The register girl was nice but the sandwich maker was rude. I'm allergic to mayo and ripped her gloves off with an attitude when she had to redo the sandwich. My fiance has never been and I told him how great it was (my experience at a Florida location). Totally disappointed in a $9 sandwich that's made wrong and with an attitude

I despise writing negative reviews - it takes a lot for me to feel the need to tell a negative experience. But unfortunately, I found a bug in my Italian Unwich yesterday. It was tucked inside the lettuce wrap portion. Thankfully I had only taken 3 bites. Needless to say I threw the rest away. So I'm just here to say to check your lettuce before you take a bite.I will say that when I called this location to report this, the service was great (which is why I rated 2 stars instead of 1). Brayden was very professional/kind and explained that the lettuce is thoroughly washed but that sometimes bugs do slip through. I didn't even tell him it was in the lettuce - he already knew. He gave me $11.50 in credit for my next order... which honestly I don't know that I'll be back unless I know for sure they make every effort to make sure my sandwich is bug free.(Not sure how to post a picture with this review. Otherwise I'd share pics.)

False information I ordered for delivery only to find out 3 minutes after I paid for order they call stating that they have no delivery person but they processed to take my card anyway I’m still waiting on a refund 8 days later

I've ordered pick up from here 3 times now. I just downloaded the app today. It was quick and easy to sign up then order. This particular shop is quick, clean, and all the staff have always been friendly as well as kind. Not a big fan of where the store is located but I can deal just to get a good sandwich. About 4 or 5 tables are inside to eat at, and a pick up for online orders as well. Love this place.
