Never have liked KFC, especially THIS one, but I tried again at this location because the new manager at this store frequents my job nearby. Not only did she make me a fan with just her awesome sweet personality, but I ACTUALLY enjoyed my whole meal. This place gets a bad rap online, but this new manager has truly changed it there. It's clean, the staff is moving so much faster, and the quality and taste of the food is like night and day from a year ago. Great job and keep doing whatever you all are doing! I think her name is Jay, but someone should tell her that the difference is NOTICEABLE and she's doing a great job! She made me a fan.

My adults got takeout: chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, gravy, and biscuits.
The food was TERRIBLE. The coleslaw tasted rotten, the gravy was just water with color and BRIEF flavor, the chicken was wet (not grease, steam getting trapped in the box from putting the chicken in as SOON as it was done which made the outside moist and doughy), the mashed potatoes tasted off, and the biscuits were doughy in the middle snd moist also from being trapped in the box with steam.
Absolutely terrible do NOT eat here, Bojangles is a better alternative in the area imo.

Was vefiod was ry busy has to wait 15 minutes to order food was made wrong all my food wasn't in the bag drinks running over all over the cup the cashier Georgia was very rude I truly don't understand why people are so rude and disrespectful I work in customer service as they say customer is always right no biscuits no mac and cheese

I waited 16 min for biscuits to come out of the oven, ok no problem. Then I was told they were out of chicken breast (we ordered two)then mysteriously two appeared?? When I got my food it wasn’t hot like u would think it would be for waiting that long. I am very disappointed with my visit tonight!!

This location never disappoints for me and my family! The manager, Jesse & the lunch crew today were on point! From customer service, food preparation & handoff, everything was perfect! Not to mention our food was fresh and delicious. Zero complaints from me& we will be back 🤩

The young black girl (I forgot to get her name) that worked at the window tonight (11/8 around 7:40 ish) is such a sweetheart. Even though they didn’t have what we wanted she was able to substitute it for something else. Great positive attitude when they looked busy, keep up the good work girl! ?
By far the worst KFC and I will not be coming back nor do I recommend coming here. I ordered an 8pc family meal and let me tell you the price is not cheap. Aside from that when I got home the bucket had 6 pcs. 3 soggy breasts and 3 tiny wings. Like come on! They ended up throwing the 4 biscuits in with the chicken which were underdone biscuits. Unfortunately when I tried to call them the number goes to a fax.... this location has 0 customer service. Obviously the workers don't care about a thing and management doesn't exist. It's sad but true.

Placed order in drive thru. Attendant told me to pull around the building she bring out my order(Chicken Pot Pie). 20 min later no food drove back to drive thru and ask for refund. Attendant says 5 more minutes at which time I requested a refund. She then walked off yelling back and forth with coworker then sent coworker with our order. I asked for my refund, will never visit this location again. Highly suggest you go somewhere else!

Asked for extra crispy, restaurant gave me non fresh whatever they had in the basket chicken. Biscuits were included in meal deal, I didn’t receive the biscuits went back to the restaurant just to hear that they are out. Trash service and employees

If someone is working in the back, they shouldn't be eating the food and drinking and having their hands up their shirts and stuff????! When you order and get your food, it's not what you ordered ??. I love KFC but this needs to be addressed or something cuz it's unhealthy to prepare people food when doing stuff like that and the manager didn't get on to her for having her hand up her shirt???
