came here tonight to pick up a doordash and was ignored for about 7 minutes i’ve been waiting for 20 minutes waiting on the food, another dasher came in and the worker said right in front of me that her order would be made first because she “knew her” get better crew members bc they are trash.

Placed an Uber Eats order. 15 minutes later when the delivery driver arrived, they told him they didn’t have extra crispy and they spoke to me. I asked them if they were out or it just needed to be cooked. They said it needed to be cooked and would take 20 minutes. Here is my issue, when that order came in and you saw it, you should have immediately started cooking the chicken, not wait 15 minutes. Y’all fast food workers always want more pay, but won’t do the actual work to justify the pay. Start taking initiative and quit being so lazy.

Drive tru guy was so rude. He was blowing his breath in the middle of my order like he just didnt have the time. Had no patience at all i will never go back. This happened around 2:00 pm i just wanted lunch not a attitude.

Doesn’t even deserve a star. This is the second time I have been to this location and had a terrible experience when it hit me the last time was a bad experience to the point I made a bad review. The people that work there have terrible customer service. Have an attitude when I asked for fresh fries they acted like it was coming out of there check meanwhile the Mac n cheese was watery and chicken so dry. So not recommend this location. I’m so disappointed I just moved to cartersville and will be going to Bo jangles from here on out.

I got the 3 piece dinners 2 sides. This chicken tastes like its been sitting for hours. So I call the store and the assistant manager decides to argue with me telling me oh ur driver took too long it's coming up and going out when my driver was actually early. If u eating fresh chicken to 3 hour old chicken you know the difference in the taste. Just apologize and do better. As much as we pay for service plus delivery plus tip DO BETTER! and if I call like a heads up dont argue with me on the phone hear what im saying check ur product and adjust. Simple. Very unprofessional rude and THE CHICKEN TODAY RIGHT NOW IS OLD!

**UPDATE** - I decided to change my review to 5 stars only because of an employee named Georgia who is so incredibly kind. I was coming in to pick up doordash orders and she started to recognize me over time. Her attitude is amazing. She always calls me gorgeous and has a smile on her face. I started going back myself as a customer because of her. And she always makes my food super quick and accurate. She deserves a raise! Thanks Georgia!!
Absolutely disgusting and rude. Ordered a 3 pc combo, only received two pieces Went back and told them then they gave me wrong chicken. Also old fries. I was unhappy with the service and asked for a refund to which they would absolutely refuse to do. The older lady was openly talking negatively about me to her coworkers right in front of me, they were laughing. I ended up giving my meal back with no refund. The lady shut the drive thru window on me while I was talking multiple times. Disgusting service.

Never have liked KFC, especially THIS one, but I tried again at this location because the new manager at this store frequents my job nearby. Not only did she make me a fan with just her awesome sweet personality, but I ACTUALLY enjoyed my whole meal. This place gets a bad rap online, but this new manager has truly changed it there. It's clean, the staff is moving so much faster, and the quality and taste of the food is like night and day from a year ago. Great job and keep doing whatever you all are doing! I think her name is Jay, but someone should tell her that the difference is NOTICEABLE and she's doing a great job! She made me a fan.

My adults got takeout: chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, gravy, and biscuits.
The food was TERRIBLE. The coleslaw tasted rotten, the gravy was just water with color and BRIEF flavor, the chicken was wet (not grease, steam getting trapped in the box from putting the chicken in as SOON as it was done which made the outside moist and doughy), the mashed potatoes tasted off, and the biscuits were doughy in the middle snd moist also from being trapped in the box with steam.
Absolutely terrible do NOT eat here, Bojangles is a better alternative in the area imo.

Was vefiod was ry busy has to wait 15 minutes to order food was made wrong all my food wasn't in the bag drinks running over all over the cup the cashier Georgia was very rude I truly don't understand why people are so rude and disrespectful I work in customer service as they say customer is always right no biscuits no mac and cheese
