if I could give zero stars i would!!! twice now I've gotten a door dash order & when I go to pick up the food, they say they are closed?!?! how you gonna close the restaurant 1 hour before the actual closing time.. it's pure laziness is what it sounds like

Drive thru finally got some people who move fast. You say (Chicken pot pies) where's my chicken. TRULLY 2 pieces of chicken does not make a pot pie.

Cartersville Ga. has best taking chicken breast meals at reasonable prices. We go frequently and always enjoy this location. Cold slaw and fries are excellent. Sometimes staff is a little annoying but just ignore it.

I paid for a 12 piece family and got an 8 piece instead. How can I get part of my money back or how can they fix this?

First time going there. It was around 8pm and I got everything I ordered, the peeps in front of me, 3 out of the 4 had to settle on something other than they had ordered and paid for as they were out of chicken sandwiches/nuggets/etc..
Ordered two 8 piece boxes of chicken and paid through the app. App told me ~10 minutes later that the order was done so I went to pick it up. When I got there, they said they were OUT OF CHICKEN!!! Not only that, but they can’t give me a refund or refund it through the app and I have to call the corporate number to get a refund. After being on hold with the corporate number for 30 minutes, I just hung up and called my bank to put a stop payment order on the charges. Ridiculous.

Got #8 plus extra bis, chicken sandwich. Total was $17. And some change. #8 is 3 pieces of chicken only got 2 I ask for white meat I got dark. No receipts was given. It was about 7:15pm on Sept 1, 3023.

I enjoy visiting this location once a week as a treat, and it is truly something to look forward to!The people there have been very nice to me, and the food is always good. You can never go wrong with the 3-Piece Big Box of Original Recipe chicken!
