Me and my girlfriend were picking up uber eats order. She got the order on the app and I was the one who went in to pick it up. This racist old man looked at the delivery person name and started picking on me asking if I’m Korean, where I am from stuff because I’m Asian and I don’t look like someone who has my girlfriend’s name. He even asked me to sign my name on the receipt otherwise he wouldn’t let me to take away the food. This is the rudest person I ever dealt with since I’ve been doing delivery with my girlfriend.

I was greeted upon arrival by a nice older gentleman. I placed my order online, a very fast and easy process. I LOVE their Stromboli! The best in town to me! It was fresh and super hot, and it came with 2 servings of dipping sauce. Patiently waiting on the Hamilton location that is closer to me, but either way, their food is worth drive.

I called in and ordered an 8" supreme, light sauce with exploration mushrooms.. and a baked zitti.. ABOSLUTE perfection!! the Gentleman whomtook.my.order was very nice and when I went o pick up my order,he was still very polite and nice.. the pizza is amazing at this little place!! I am going to miss it when i return to Texas!! Great job guys!!

The old guy I’m guessing the owner is very racist and made a comment when my husband that speaks little English came in for a order and told him the name. I came inside to help and he said my husband is not very useful not knowing English. I will not be returning or telling anyone to go buy from them again. So if you speak Spanish only beware!!!

We had this pizza door dashed to our house by a family member who was in from out of town. She said, "I ordered pizza from King's pizza for dinner." We were confused as we had never heard of it. It was quite tasty. So we decided to order lunch from here as a mini date with one of our kids. Our first impression upon walking in was a little hesitant as we wanted to dine somewhere, and there were only 2 tables to sit at. That being said, we looked at the menu and decided we would stay. The gentleman working there was very kind and helpful. Our total wasn't even that much. We had baked ziti with meat sauce, mozzarella sticks, a medium deluxe pizza, and three drinks. Our total with a 20% tip was near $40. He brought us our mozzarella sticks wrapped in foil to keep them hot. The marinara sauce was so good. It tasted fresh even though I saw ten cans of tomatoes. The ziti was not dry in the slightest. I am a typical American who loves the sauce almost more than the noodles. Now, I am not a bread eater unless it has a lot of flavor. The garlic bread that was served with it was so tasty. I did not try the pizza. However, my husband assures me he will be back for more. He even has considered stopping back by to get a sandwich for his work shift tonight. None the less this place is highly ranked for our dates, from here on out.

Our whole family, extended included, enjoys King’s pizza. Great pizza. However, service is severely lacking. If there’s an issue with your order and you call back, you will be placed on hold for an infinite amount of time. Not on a formal “hold line” either; you can hear associates and customers placing orders, paying with CC, etc. They will say, “Hello” and hang up. We’ve tried at least 3 times over the course of 45 minute to reach someone at the store about our order THEY messed up (wrong pizza, wrong size) (7/20/24). Unfortunately, as much as we love their pizza, we will have to find a new spot. Do better for your customers who spend their hard earned money. Order is under Burke if King’s actually reads these (you should!). Refund would be great.
