Kobe Steak, Sushi, & Hibachi

Best hibachi in Cartersville, hands down. Great rolls, great service. Prices are fair.

Been having a craving for Hibach for weeks. Tried another place before here and was a little disappointed. This place made up for it. Great food, fun people prices are about what you would expect. Took the whole the second time in a week. Everyone had a great things to say about. The kids tried some new things so we opened up there taste buds to something different. I always get the same thing but everyone else is always trying something new. So far all the food has been above expectations. We WILL be going back soon.

Recommended dishes: Shrimp Fried Rice, Kobe Soup, Crispy Calamari, Steak Fried Rice

Super cool place to eat. The chefs prepare the food right in front of you and do it in a very entertaining way. The food was really good.

I ate at Kobe tonight and we had such a good time. The sushi chef made me a crispy yellowtail roll, oh my, Delicious! The bartender was amazing and was churning out beautifully yummy cocktails. Everyone had a great time and we will come back soon!

i been coming here for years & emma has been such a polite, funny, charming girl! I hate to see bad reviews about a girl that would give you her last dollar! keep up the good work emma 🩷 this is such a great place to dine in w/ friends & family I recommend 10/10 .

This place is excellent. I don’t know why people keep making false statements on the workers, especially when they aren’t at work. It’s quite embarrassing. Do you need Google points or something? The food is great. The people are nice, and their service is good. I 100% recommend this place for birthday’s engagement parties ect. The cooks will make you laugh and make sure you enjoy your food!!

Food was very hit-or-miss. Do not recommend the ramen. Broth was WAY too salty and the egg was completely hard boiled. Hibachi was good other than the fried rice having a weird sweet taste to it. Also a little overpriced for what it is. You can certainly do worse though.

We came in at 9:26 PM asking for a table for 11. From the beginning, the lady at the bar (appeared to be the manager) made us feel unwelcome—huffing, puffing, and looking at her wrist as if to check a watch (though she wasn’t wearing one). Her body language made it clear she wasn’t happy we came in at that time, which was very rude.

I’ve left many good reviews in the past, but experiences like this are what make people not want to come back. I had relatives visiting from out of town and recommended this spot, but unfortunately this will no longer be a place I bring my family.

When I noticed the faces she was making, I asked our server about it. The server admitted, “if you don’t mind, yes,” when I asked if they’d prefer we leave. That was very disappointing. Instead of brushing us off and making us feel unwelcome, a proper response would’ve been something like: “I’m so sorry, we can’t seat 11 this late, but we’d be happy to get you a large takeout order.” That would have been respectful and professional.

I understand staff may want to leave on time, but hospitality matters. The way we were treated left us let down. I won’t comment on the food or the waiters, because the issue was the attitude and body language of the lady behind the bar. When I tried to address it, she walked away and didn’t want to have a conversation.

Breathing heavy, rolling eyes, and making faces at paying customers isn’t the way to treat guests. Sadly, this was not the welcoming experience I had hoped to share with my family.

Food excellent. service no one came during entire meal to check to see if we needed anything. Ran out of drink and never came to refill. Left.. no service no tip!
