I wanted to recognize Felicia (and the patient kitchen staff) for their exceptional customer service. Felicia not only handled a long, complicated order efficiently and precisely, but went the extra mile to be kind and patient with me. I was having a very bad day and her cheery disposition and kind sense of humor put me in a much better mood. Food service can be such a demanding, stressful, and thankless job, which makes her work ethic even more commendable. I hope Krystal will recognize her as the outstanding employee she is 😊.

Went to krystals yesterday. Drive through person was having tp do front counter and drive through until the front counter lady could get control of what I assume to be her kids that were allowed tp ramp and run and “hang out” in the lobby where I was having lunch. Wont be going back.

Food was terrible, I was over charged didn’t notice til I looked at my receipt later in the day, cashier was incompetent tried to give me wrong change, bathroom was disgusting, finger prints all over front door which looks gross

Customer service was excellent, but what I was given to eat was not. I had the number four on the menu. It’s 5 cheese Krystal’s with chili cheese fries. 3 out of the 5 Krystal burgers were soggy. Like a drink was spilled on the bread. Thrown together like it was made by a 4 year old. I was very disappointed. I love cheese Krystal’s but probably won’t be back from this experience. And for 14$ to only eat 2 krystals. I’m pretty disappointed.

Oh wow, however was making the Krystals tonight did an excellent job! They were so fresh. They wasn't soggy, stale, or cold. I almost turned around and got some more! Keep that person for sure!
