For $28 I got 12 Krystal’s burgers and a Diet Coke….. I was charged for a large Fry that I didn’t receive. I was greeted politely and they were patient while I ordered … even upsold me on a large size French fry… which I should not have assumed it was at the bottom of the bag just because I had to wait I figured it’s ok because it’s probably them making hot fresh fries and trusted after I got through with some burgers the fries would be there… no condiments where offered… but why would they since I only received burgers… I think $28.96 for a drink and 12 tiny burgers is not the best value for money and as good as those lil burgers are I will probably just go to McDonalds for half the price next time.

Workers at this location are rude and lazy. They refuse to take orders thru the drive thru line all while locking the doors so you cannot enter the building. They are pretending to work. Do not bother with this establishment since the workers will not cook food for customers. What’s going on at this store?

We were in line to order this evening around 8:20pm. There was a car in front of us that honked their horn, I assume because they had been waiting awhile to order. The person came on the intercom and said "did you just honk at me?!" And the man said yes so she told him he could go somewhere else to eat, that she would not be helping him. And someone was also hanging out the door by the menu board almost as if to confront the person who honked. Anyways, they lost that vehicles business as well as ours.
