I wanted to recognize Felicia (and the patient kitchen staff) for their exceptional customer service. Felicia not only handled a long, complicated order efficiently and precisely, but went the extra mile to be kind and patient with me. I was having a very bad day and her cheery disposition and kind sense of humor put me in a much better mood. Food service can be such a demanding, stressful, and thankless job, which makes her work ethic even more commendable. I hope Krystal will...

Oh wow, however was making the Krystals tonight did an excellent job! They were so fresh. They wasn't soggy, stale, or cold. I almost turned around and got some more! Keep that person for sure!
