Little Caesars Pizza

I went in and ordered my food and was to it would be 10 minutes to wait and after 30 minutes of waiting when the cashier put my food on the counter one of my breadsticks fell out on the nasty counter I asked him can I get another order he said no and told me there’s nothing he can do about it this is I expectable and I said if they quit the foul language and stop horsing around they could do better customer service and he said I need to mind my business and quit complaining

Ordered a simple pineapple pizza and cheesy bread. Not difficult or do I thought. Pizza way over cooked and cheesy bread hard. Oh and when playing doesn't anyone play by cash any more? 15 and change have a 20 and they had no change to give. Called to talk to Mgr and was hung up on twice. RUN fast from this place, no wonder why we stopped going there. Holy

***OMG just called to talk to a mgr, they answered and her name is Dakota. Iasked if common for a burnt pizza and hard cheesy bread to come out of their store. Not common. Should have checked before I left. Asked if common to not have change for a$20 when it's $15 and change. Her answer was well yes especially on Sunday. I them asked why should I keep coming back and she said she doesn't know am answer. I them said why should I refer to friends who have families and waste hard earned money on this.? That's when she hung up.
So again RUN DON'T WALK better pizzas at Mule House, Nick's pizza or even Mellow Mushroom.

They claim their pizzas are hot and ready...if that were true. I wouldn't have been sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes!!!

I would rate this store a 0 if I could, I went here specifically because little Caesars is supposed to be “hot and ready”. It took these people 45 minutes to make a simple pepperoni pizza. This place definitely sucks and I would not recommend this location to anyone. Spend a little more money and go to Pizza Hut or somewhere this location is not worth the headache!

Went through drive thru was told be a 5 minute wait. Was there 20 minutes before I went in and reminded them. Got food and it was barely warm

As far as service goes, I did meet friendly faces but I ordered a Pizza. I was told it would be done in 10 minutes. It took 30 minutes to get the Pizza done. And then when I looked at the pizza, the pizza was mutilated and cut in little squares it also had a very high amount of sauce and very little cheese, and also they left off the pepperoni.
went in to get the money back and they offered me another Pizza that it would only take 10 minutes. And we all know that story, I had groceries in the car and needed to get home and was all ready, waiting way too long when I asked for my money back, they said that they would put me down and give me another Pizza next time. I came, I have done this before when they left out the 2 liters on my orders. For delivery and never seen my 2 liters ever so I never got my money back for the Pizza she was more than happy to keep my money and even said thank you. I would not recommend this store if you are in a rush to eat lunch and get somewhere. Always get their stupid little. Hot and ready'sThat's the only thing they're good for

this place is horrible, their pizza is never EVER hot and ready and you’re always waiting 30 minutes + on pizza that’s not even worth the wait.. the staff is rude and lazy and just doesn’t care wouldn’t recommend this place unless it was your absolute last option 👎

I've had a mixed bag of experiences here in the past, but for some reason today they wouldn't let me order a Pretzel Crust Pizza with no Pepperoni on it. Seems like an incredibly easy request and it makes no sense to decline that request.

Nothing but children working here. Who care more about their phones and vapes. Horrible service. While in the window paying and waiting for my food she asked me twice what my order was.
Waiting way too long for 3 items.
Food is still good. But the people suck!! Do better.

This place really needs to close down until they are properly staffed. I just went to the drive thru and no one was in line and they said due to little staff it would be a 45 minute wait for a cheese pizza. At this point they shouldn’t have even open the doors.

Terrible customer service!!! Order was placed at 4:20. Several patrons came and went while I’m waiting in the lobby. The “manager” kept saying “I got yours coming right up” at 4:58 I approach the counter only to be told “ I don’t know what happened, they didn’t make your order ” mind you we’ve been in the lobby the entire time. His only response was “ I can give you a refund” excuse me? We came to this establishment because it’s marketed as hot and ready and we’ve already waited 40 minutes!! He then tells me I have to wait back in line and refund/remake my order! Absolutely ridiculous. Find a manager who actually knows how to do his job! It’s now been almost an hour and we are still waiting. Don’t waste your time here.

The pizza is fine, the service is inconsistent. When it's good, it's good.

But then there's times like last night where I literally waited an hour for cheap pizza and Italian cheese bread. I would have just left but I was trapped in the drive thru line with cars in front and behind and bushes blocking me from exiting the line.

And the kid running the place had the nerve to blame another customer for the delays, in a way that was obviously false and i could prove it. He tried to justify his horrible customer service by lying about another customer.

Then I got my cold pizza home and the cheese bread was missing the Italian seasoning. Which was just the disappointing cherry on top of the horrible experience.

Don't give these folks your money until they get under new, proper management.
