The amount of methheadism going on here right now(late march) with absolutely no shame. There is one gentleman holding things together but otherwise ? OMG. There is a guy with jailhouse loverboy tattoos that in the time I was at the register put his hand in his mouth and got blood on his hand, wiped it on his pants, attempted to kiss a female employee, hit on a customer behind me, and asked a young customer how old she was and when she said 18 he yells to the back, “I told you she was legal!”

I had been sitting in the drive thru for approximately 20 mins. I called the store and asked what their drive-thru wait time was. I was told 5-7 minutes. It took me an additional 10 minutes to get my food. In total, 30 minute wait time. Corporate please get this store some more employees and better pay!!!

When ordering carry out, they will consistently tell you 10-15 mins until your food is ready. Then after you arrive, you end up waiting another 30-40 mins. Often times, your food will just end up sitting there while they stand around and forget about their customers. This place seems very poorly run with no discernible management structure.

Today I ordered the new pizza puffs. I ordered the cheese ones as I do not like pepperoni. Strange I know. The puffs were greasy, yet very dry so I probably would never order them again. The gentleman at the register though was amazing! So polite and helpful and answered all of my questions with a smile on his face!

Matt and Logan was AWESOME tonight . I came in and got some wings and cheese bread and a sausage pizza . My order was made hot fresh and quick . I didn’t even have to ask for a bag for my sauces , they had it already in a bag .

I’ve been coming to this location for lunch for the last year every day and it’s just gotten worse and worse. Was told I’d have a 10 min wait today and was waited for a half hour. (All of my lunch break) the old staff was great this new staff just plain and simple needs work. At the very least they need to do a better job setting expectations.

Went in, menu was not on asked girl at register to see why it wasn't on she called the mgr on duty he came looked at it walked away went and stood by oven and proceeded to put in a dip of tobacco in at this point I told the young lady I guess his tobacco is more important and left.sorry customer service!!!!!!
