Food is good, service is so slow. Disabled elderly people running drive thru and serving, all the young people always taking trash out and standing around the dumpster smoking, it's ridiculous. Prices have gotten too high for the amount of time that you have to wait. Still got sign in window asking for forgiveness for labor shortages back from covid era. If mcdonalds can pay 12-15 $ an hour this place can too and get some help and speed up the process. Food quality is good when fresh but as the day goes by the quality goes way down.

Fast, Polite staff. Even when lines seem long service is quick and lines move fast great food very reasonable prices. Biscuits are always fresh even at 2pm servers breakfast till 3pm that when they close, no dinner hours.

The outside of the building was nasty, and a male employee came out with a bag of leaking nasty trash thrown over his shoulder and was leaking all over his legs. It was gross! But the food was still good unless I thought about him cooking it.

terrible! the customer service was awful. we waited for over 15 minutes for luke warm food for them to tell us they don't do refunds. then i seen a worker use the restroom, has gloves on, came out with the same gloves and didn't change them. to add on top of this chum bucket they have a 81 from the health department and everything was dirty on the inside. awful experience overall!

Best breakfast sandwich! Loved the way my biscuit is soft and crumbles in your mouth not in your hand! Hash browns are also ?! Only thing that would make it perfect would be fresh squeezed orange juice or some kind of fresh drink.
I’ve went thru the drive thru all my life and loved their food. Today I walked in to eat with my wife and what I witnessed while waiting for my order was disgusting. The lady literally scooped out the dried grits from main serving dish and slapped them with the ladle in to the most disgusting trash can I ever seen and kept on serving. The other employee went on break and causally walked behind the counter and help himself to a good handful of bacon bare handed. The lobby looked untouched for weeks as did all the ovens and every surface in the kitchen. As I walked out the line was wrapped around the entire building. I thought only if they would walk in and look!

Our cashier didn’t have the best attitude and seemed very inconvenienced that we were ordering food. My wife then found a hair in her food. Haven’t visited the other Martin’s location, but maybe give that one a try because this one wasn’t it.
