Waited 25 minutes for an order taken at the cash register and I ended up asking for a refund
The manager didn't even apologize for the wait while other customers were standing almost 15 to 20 minutes waiting for their food. Poor customer service all around.

This location is a hop and skip away from my home. But, I tend to go where the service is a lot faster for curbside pickup. Over 12 mins for my small order of food to come out. The drive- thru was packed. So, I use curbside for faster service, not here. So, I spot a car that has not order yet in the line, as I go around to park in the pickup spots. That vehicle made it to tge pickup window and many more followed. Before my warm, not hot food came out to me. No apologies. Why have it, if you are not prioritizing it. Why have it at your store. Oh, possibly because the app offers it. This was the 4th time in months this has happen. I do a drop off and pickup at the high school. She wants food... Chick fl la. It is. Or Wendy's.

This location really needs some improvement. Twice this week Ive had missing items going through the drive-thru. Charging me random small drinks that I didn’t even order or receive. Giving me small fries instead of medium. It’s annoying.

This store has several signs outside that say 24/7. They are NOT 24/7. Came through around 12:30am and the whole store is dark. They need to take the signs down.

Wait time was not bad but the food was cold. I informed them the fries were cold and they rolled their eyes and walked away, never provided replacement. Very unprofessional, I truly don't understand how this place is still
Open. One visit and my son will have to accept that we would never be pulling through again.

I just went here with a mobile order. The person at the window was very kind and helpful when my app was not working. But sitting there waiting at the window, I heard employees laughing and screaming very loud in the background, horse playing around. Very unprofessional. Then I went to the window to get my food and I had ordered extra sauce on my sandwich and it was ridiculous the amount they put. It was like they squeezed sauce into the bag and shook it up. It was an absolute mess of a meal. It was almost unedible. I’m aware it’s a McDonalds and mistakes are made but this was ridiculous. Fix your store and employees.

My food was correct, and fresh for once. I was even given extra sauce with no charge. It's definitely not like that all the time. The drive thru took a little longer because the car in front of me had issues with there order.
