Just went through this mcdonald’s and there’s three cars there but no one taking orders yet all the banners around the whole store claiming they’re open 24 hours. I understand sometimes things happen and stores have to close but at least leave a note somewhere instead of just ignoring customers with staff in the building.

I have been to a McDonalds so unorganized as this one. Both drive thru lanes were full and the restaurant lines were not any better. There were people standing at the counter holding their table numbers waiting for their food and absolutely no one at the register at all. Apparently they were very short of staff working. This was very unusual for this restaurant because I’ve eaten there several times but this was the worse visit I have had at this restaurant. I ended up leaving without ever being served.

I've eaten at this McDonald's many times. But the crew running it yesterday morning was the worst I've ever experienced . I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes from the time I placed my order.
Unfortunately, my recent visit to this location was just a series of errors. I provided a promo code at the drive-thru window, but the staff failed to apply it, resulting in an overcharge. When I brought this to their attention, I was instructed to re-enter the line to re-provide the code, which seemed inefficient and unnecessary. My order was incomplete. I didn't receive the sauce for my nuggets and the nuggets themselves appeared to be old and unappetizing. I hope the management will take steps to improve staff training and customer service.

This place is a hit or miss. Mostly misses. They can't seem to figure out how to make orders right. Or know how to properly switch over to lunch quickly. They know one starts at 10:30. They should also know how long it takes to cook. and start cooking it prior. This way when lunch starts your lunch food is cooked and you can drop more in the fryers.

Ordered thru door dash 2 double cheese burgers no onion.... And received 2 double cheese burgers with dried out meat, and lettuce on one of them. Try to call the store for assistance and they don't answer.
