Today i had the best McDonald's experience! I ordered specials for my kids and I, and everything was tasty and fresh. Everytime I come in, there are 2 managers up front in the mornings Austin and baldimar, they provide such a great example of good service and they made me and my kids smile. Evrytime I come in here they have a kind greeting and are So FAST it's unbelievable!! Thank you all for being a great family restaurant and such great service !!! :)
Jennifer, Andy, and Austin are the best! Every time I come through to get my drinks and one of them is specially made, they make sure that it’s correct and are so happy to see me. I generally frequent this location 5-6 times a week. Always remember that customer service workers get the worst from customer for things that are completely out of their control the majority of the time. Be kind, and say thank you, because they are worth it!!!
