a young hispanic lady at the food window was very passive aggressive with me after they had given me the wrong order. the male manager was very good at mediating and getting it resolved afterwards

They were the only ones around at the time that had the Grinch Meals and had to drive out of our way to get there, but Bravo for them!!

My kid order a quarter pounder. One of the meet was raw, brown on top and the middle literally pink. we noticed until he had it half way..I don’t know what to think or do now. I got pictures. :(

I ate here before and loved it but now I had to wait for it seems almost 10 minutes or so just to get my small drink with a filet-o-fish and medium fries while everyone else was getting their food. Not happy at all🙄😒 Should offer a refund or something making people wait so long. I order before people who walked in and still waited. Fast food places ain't like they used to be.

Food cold, half and half iced tea was only sweet. Receipt specified half and half. Tried to use APP deal for 20% off and wanted the new quarter pounder with bacon and bbq. It was 9 minutes until breakfast ended and I ended up not being able to get another code. Had to change my order. Then tried to redeem my points for an ice cream and since I had tried to redeem was told would have to pay full price for ice cream.

We went through the drive through…So we have been here twice, each time the food wasn’t fresh or hot, the fries were under cooked, the double cheeseburger had an orange color not yellow to the cheese indicating too me, it was old…we live 2 miles away, so it certainly wasn’t that.

Went here after work, waited for 10 minutes to get my order taken because three of the workers were standing around talking to their friend. Finally got my food, was missing a fry, worker told me I wasn't, and I had to argue with him and show him my receipt. Got home, missing 6 nuggets, a quarter pounder, and my burgers didn't come plain like I asked.

No receipt and didn't get what I ordered and when I went back in they wouldn't make my order right or give me the money back because I didn't have a receipt,

If I could give zero stars I would. I should learn my lesson by now from coming to this McDonalds. They can’t ever get my order correct but they charge me extra for my order! The food was cold and disgusting!!
