Poor wouldn’t speak to us

Every time we order from here their's something missing or something isn't made right. We ordered on the app, went and parked, and sent the number of the parking spot in. I sat there for about 15 minutes. I finally walked in they asked who I was picking up for, I stood another 10 minutes and then went back out to the truck and sat aboit another 5 minutes. Got home and the order was still messed up. I figured waiting that long at least the food should have been right.
