Double cheeseburger was bland, didn't taste like much of anything. Didn't eat it. Fries were pretty much the same, barely warm, no salt, no taste..both went into the trash

Drive thru because dining in service absolutely sucks. How do you miss putting meat in the biscuits? Had to go in to fix it, wait at the counter for several minutes before I was able to get someone's attention. Hence, why I no longer go in. They got it fixed pretty quick though once they were working on it and were pleasant about it.

Couldn't add a party to my sandwiches, only made one of the two cheeseburgers only ketchup and had us wait at the window for about 20 minutes with no explanation. No customer service and definitely won't be back

Not much to expect from this Franchise. It’s being ran but 17 year olds who have no experience with customer service. I see so many unsatisfactory reviews. Why is the owner of this establishment allowing this to happen. I don’t blame the employees. It’s the managements responsibility to set standards for quality employees. Not matter what company you may work for. Not to mention this establishment expects their employees to work for free. Not providing appropriate compensation to employees . Seems this establishment needs Corporate to step in and set some regulation standards. "Not paying employees for hours worked" is considered a violation of labor laws, specifically wage theft, and is illegal under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) which mandates employers must pay employees for all hours worked at the minimum wage rate; if an employer fails to do so, employees can file a complaint with the Department of Labor to recover unpaid wages and potential penalties against the employer.

This location absolutely sucks. The service is awful. The person at the drive thru literally did not say one word to me even after I told them thank you multiple times and asked for sauce. And of course my food was missing a pie and they didn't have any left, so they decided to just not give it to me without saying anything. I had to drive back and get a refund. Of course no apology. I've given this location a few chances because in the past my food has been wrong or old or missing sauces, but today was the last time. There are multiple McDonald's in cartersville, do yourself a favor and drive to a different one.

Just getting off work and was trying to stop and grab a bite before heading in for the morning. Stopped at this location due to saying it was open 24hrs. Get there and turns out their not open. Should definitely change the hours of operation if their not going to be open when they advertise they are.
