My father and I love Moeās Monday but sadly after today we will be discontinuing coming to this location. We came in and were not greeted for almost 10 minutes as the employee filled to go orders. Thatās fine, obviously she had to fulfill the orders but she could have at least let us know she would be with us shortly.
After she finally acknowledged us she began making our order. We were disappointed to see they were out of most items on the bar and were told they were āoutā of them. When in reality it seemed they just didnāt want to grab a refill and or make more of the item.
Terrible service; terrible food quality, seems employees donāt want to do their job.

6/25 - after that first initial time here, the service has been horrible. every time i order the same thing, its a different price at a different amount. this woman was trying to charge me $10 for extra guac and not even given any extra guac on the meal. why do these employees act like they're personally buying the food? extra means EXTRA. i wont be back at this spoon scoop facility.
loveeee their food! this branch always has fresh food & friendly employees with nice size portions of food! Brook & Nez helped us today. The food was great per usual!

I recently visited Moe's and was disappointed by my experience due to the service I received from one of the staff members. A African American woman with red hair seemed overwhelmed, but her attitude came off as rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, she was dismissive and unkind, which put a damper on my visit.
I understand that everyone has off days, but customer service is essential in the food industry, and this interaction made my experience less enjoyable. I hope management can address this behavior to ensure that all customers feel welcomed and valued.

This place is gross. The lady was chopping chicken on her dirty cutting board on the dirty counter Right Next to the Register. And that was just the tip of the disgusting iceberg. Honestly, this place needs to be shut down. Take your money and spend it elsewhere.
