Do not patronize a place who is cruel to animals!!!! There are some kittens and a mother cat here and they’re intentionally trying to starve them!!!! Disgusting and inhumane!!!!

We have visited multiple times. The service is always great, but the food is just “meh”. It’s not terrible, but it’s not great either. It has a very “microwaved” taste. Especially the sides. If you’re going to do black eyed peas as a special side. They shouldn’t taste like they just got dumped out of the can. No seasoning. No love at all. This time they served my very overdone salmon blt with just a tiny sliver of tomato. Like a 1/4 slice. It’s just always somethin. The servers are great! Always friendly and attentive. They have great potential because it’s a cute little place with a nice vibe and big patio. The food just always misses.

Great ambience, but the food was lackluster. I got a side salad that was warm and my husband ordered the flounder, which was very soggy. We were hoping to have found a local gem.

The food can be hit or miss, usually a hit though. What misses sometimes is when it has that just-microwaved taste, seems to happen more often with the sides. Burgers and sandwiches are solid, and the desserts are great. Very nice spot for lunch outside.

If you plan on being very patient, this is the place for you. If you dont stay on top of the staff there, they might forget about you. The brunch menue comes with biscuits but when we got our food I had to ask for this. The food comes with the biscuits, and if I'm paying for the meal, I should get what they offered on the menu. You also have to ask for drinks, or they won't remember to fill it up.

Tried for the first time tonight. The wait staff were friendly but not overly attentive. The food was very ‘ordinary’ nothing special TBH. We ordered the crab and shrimp appetizer which was okay but the ‘tortilla chips’ were not tortilla chips at all. The pork bbq sandwich was so stringy it made me gag and the coleslaw side was just tossed in mayo so I sent it back. I had to wait 15 mins for the server to call the manager to aske her what to do about it 🙄🤦🏻♀️. I the chose a chicken quesadilla appetizer as a replacement and they took 30 minutes to bring it out . It was literally a folded burrito cooked with chicken and melted cheese in it . The atmosphere was eclectic nicely off beat country, but smoky from pit smoke. Honestly I wouldn’t go back. Not worth the $40 we spent

A very nice, casual, and quaint restaurant close to downtown Cartersville. We were visiting and just wanted to try something more local. They had a great selection of food and you could tell that everything was freshly made. Service was excellent too. A great place to chill for some beer and grub.
