Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Thank you, Daniel, and your team for enabling our group of Navy moms to serve a fabulous meal last Saturday at the Atlanta USO! Our service members thoroughly enjoyed the delicious lasagne and spaghetti! We appreciate your generous support to make it possible for us to serve our U.S. military!!

I can not speak of the service or atmosphere as we have not yet gone into the restaurant to eat but I can say that whoever was responsible for food prep on March 26, 2026 needs to be let go. I ordered the minestrone soup and got HUGE chunks of vegetables and hardly any beans or noodles. Like very coarsely cut vegetables and maybe five beans. All the leafy greens aren’t even spinach…THEY’RE GREENS! Super lazy and not worth the price. This is the second time I have ordered this soup from this location. The first time was spot on but this time leaves a lot to be desired and tells me the pre chef on duty is probably actually Linda from accounting. Do better.

It was a bit busy. However our server, Mark was way off his game. He took our order, but when he brought it out he acted confused as to who order what. I could understand it if it had been a runner.

Always fresh and clean at this new olive garden. Excellent lunch specials. Very good value at lunch time Monday to Friday. I enjoy the chicken parm very much. I love the fresh salad too. The breadsticks aren't too bad either. Friendly service here too.

Well we finally made it to our newer local Olive Garden in Cartersville. Tonight was great. There was no wait for us to get a table. Jasmine was our waitress. She was perfect! Very pleasant, efficient, helpful on suggestions, & personable. The food came out, & it was delicious. We will definitely be back.

My mom and I had a great dinner here, but I especially wanted to leave a review because of our server, Jay. He was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better with his excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

This Olive Garden is so beautiful! I ate at the bar for lunch on Feb. 24th and ordered the never ending soup and salad. The gnochii is so delicious. My server Dana M. was the best!! She was so attentive to me despite the fact that the restaurant was extremely busy. She was pleasant, helpful and had a great attitude of service. I would ask for her again next visit.
