Bread over cooked omelet the Italian sandwich it tasted almost sweet and nothing like the last time I had it. Super disappointed for a 20 dollar sandwich and drink and it tasted awful and the server was not friendly in the drive thru

Really nice girl I dealt with that took my order and handed it to me. 💚 Blueberry bagels w walnut cream cheese and the vanilla Madagascar iced coffee is where it’s at!🙂💛
Update: 2nd time I went through I got a muffin instead of bagel. :-/ Had to go back through even though I know the girl repeated to me butter back wasn’t in the bag. They might as well start making robots do fast food jobs at this point.

you have to wait 30 mins in the DRIVE THRU. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE FAST. and my mom had a DR. PEPPER. SHE WANTED A DIET COKE. but on the bright side the food is rlly good!

Last few experiences at a Panera have been awful. Overpriced and very underwhelming food. We ordered lunch today for the office and received french onion soup with zero cheese. For the high price, they don't seem to have any quality control.
Usually have no issues with this restaurant. Better than the competitors in the area. I did order today and did not receive my chips. That was disappointing. Otherwise , I have received what I ordered in the past.

These people think iceberg lettuce is the same thing as Caprese. They will make your sandwich wrong and hope you don’t notice! Just say you’re out of caprese and I’ll order literally anything else. Lol
