I ordered one large pizza the works. The original order showed price including tip of$34.64. Instead they delivered two pizzas and charged me $50.81. Last time I’ll buy from Papa Johns. I’ll buy pizzas at Domino’s. They don’t screwup the order and say there’s nothing can be done about it

While I understand being busy but an hour wait before the pizza starts delivery and then waiting another 30 minutes for it to arrive luke warm is a new low. Makes it worse when you call to check on the order and the employee hangs up on you.

Loved the Shaq pizza. Was so good and huge, just like Shaq himself. The price of only $12.99 was a deal you shouldn't let pass you by. Will order this pizza again

Ordered The Works pizza with NO BACON because my mom is muslim and she can easily take pepperoni off but not little bits of bacon, did light cheese and no stuffed crust. tell me why the pizza comes with heavy cheese, stuffed crust and bacon UNDERNEATH the cheese. my mom had to take off all the toppings in order to even eat the pizza. thank god doordash gave me a full refund for this awful meal. papa john’s employees need to get their act together and learn how to read their tickets and not give their paying customers shitty food they didn’t ask for. mind you there was no green peppers, mushrooms or onions on this pizza even thought that’s what’s listed on The Works. hopefully this restaurant goes out of business for this awful customer service and lack of reading skills. they don’t even know their own menu.

Place was busy and the staff was disorganized, but with my order specifically the pizza and service was great, the staff and manager were very polite and professional to me, and my pizza was ready within the 10 minutes they said it would be. I ordered a half sausage and half pepperoni New York style. I mean, its probably not "New York" style like some people may like, but it was better than many around here and I have no complaints personally.

The pizza was fine. I was actually surprised it was warm at all considering how long it took. For whatever reason, our pizza got routed behind a place that’s 20 minutes away. If you have the option to pickup, then please put the ball in your own court.
