How can you mess this up? One of the pizzas is drowning in cheese. Just because I requested light sauce it doesn’t mean I want extra cheese. One of the pizzas is cut square when it was supposed to be normal cut. At least that one has a normal amount of cheese. After a really long and stressful day, I was looking forward to this. I am severely disappointed in my food. It also still shows my order is ready after it I picked it up an hour ago.

My girlfriend ordered me some food from here they lazy workers didn’t bother knocking on my door so I called them and they told me reorder my food and they did not give me my money or my points back and I never got anything. This place is trash

Quality has gone to shit. Dough is flat and the toppings are 3 inches in from the edge of the crust. Seriously, the crust is a third of the pizza now. This is Papa John trying to save money;skimping on toppings and It’s just not good anymore; witches wild because even bad pizza is usually good.
Sad to see another long time establishment fall by the wayside, lose their consistent and sacrifice quality just to try to boost their bottom line. I’m sure their CEO is still making a really nice chunk of change, though. What a pity.

Ordered the JACK-O'-LANTERN PIZZA for the kids. It was overcooked to the point that the crust was like a saltine cracker and had very little cheese. DID NOT look good at all. Highly disappointed! Nothing like the pizza advertised.

Excellent pizza and cookie! But ummm…. Whoever cut the cookie may need to look at the cookie as they’re cutting it. Not that I care…. But it did give me a good laugh!!! 😂

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. My friend ordered some pizza and garlic knots from here. I did not know he ordered garlic knots until I got back to the house when he asked about him I called up to the store gave him my order number in the manager was telling me she couldn’t find my order in the system when I had just ordered it. I had to drive 15 minutes back up to the store to show my order number through the email and they wanted to try and when I got there they had the garlic knots made and ready. I refused because we have already ate. And because I had to drive another 15 minutes back up here to show him my order so I just got a refund on the garlic knots I personally feel they were telling me that over the phone because they didn’t wanna give me the refund. And I only ordered here because of BOGO free. And I also noticed that I was charged $40 for one pizza. This makes no sense.
