Papa Johns disappoints. If I'm paying $33 for a large stuffed crust with 3 toppings PLUS waited an hour for an weird acting delivery guy, I want ACTUAL toppings on that bitty. I had asked for a full pepperoni mushroom, with half pineapple and there's 2 freaking mushies at most on each slice and the peps and pineapple where just unevenly spread. . . . ?? The delivery guy wasn't that bad though, he did take an hour and he did seem a bit off to me after we spent 5 minutes going back and forth trying to figure out who's recipe is who's ?? and seemed to linger after giving him money and tip but figuring it might have been a mixture of being new and high ??♀️?? The ordering process was a hassle as well and took a minute with a language barrier. My goodness though, Papa Johns needs to better though and relax on all the hype. I've had some good ole Largo Pizza that SLAPS ?? that's doesn't disappoint in anyway and definitely DOES NOT skimp on any toppings, especially my mushies ???

I ordered a pizza from Papa John's. The pizza is burned and dry. It looks as if the pizza was made the day before and was reheated in the oven. I will never order another pizza from Papa John's again. They lost a loyal customer.

There were actually toppings on our pizza this time. Last time barely anything on them. We didn't go back for months. Maybe they had a bad manager at the time (idk), but it seems it's back to normal, at least for now.

I preordered a delivery. When it was 2 hours late, I asked to cancel. They just said ok. No explanation on why it kept saying it was close to my house then turning around. I had already begrudgingly ordered from this location. FYI this franchise does not do the Papa’s pairing deal while others do. I thought that special had ended nope. Just this franchise. The manager did reach out; however, the franchise owner’s decision to not participate in Papa’s pairing and the poor service cannot make up for the managers attempt to resolve. I thought I was done with Papa John’s. Nope. Just this one.

I placed my order through ubereats. There was no place to leave a note so the minute my order went through I called the store and asked if they could make my pizza with no cheese on top of the topping. Keep in mind this was done immediately after my order went through on Ubereats. Zach who claim to be a manager didn't want to make the pizza the way I requested so he told me my pizza had already been made and was in the oven cooking which I knew was a lie. No way could you have made my pizza in less than a minute of me placing my order. He refused to correct the order and when I complained about reporting this situation to corporate he told me that his store is franchise and said it very unbothered. Because of this situation I'm out of 25$. He didn't care at all. It was very obvious that he wasn't telling the truth just from the conversation I had with him. Never again will I order from this location. Zach if you're a manager shame on you. You didn't care when I told him I was going to leave a review. Something so minor could've been resolved yet you didn't care at all. Unprofessional.

I ordered delivery at 6:28. It is now 8:52 and still nothing. I called at 8:00 to see what was going on and the guy I spoke with said it was about to leave the store for delivery. It was another 20+ minutes before I got an update saying it was out for delivery.

DINT RECOMMEND no structure at ALLoday I placed an order online upon entering the store upon showing the cashier(manger) my conformation she said she didnt see order ....they took my money.Made me wait 3 hrs for nothing!! Basically accusing us of stealing claiming we made it up.i called corporate put then on the phone with cashier(Manger) she still refuses to give me money back for order. THE MANGER continued to be rude and disrespectful as we are talking and on Phone with corporateIf this is how you treat you customers won't come back it was a proper way to handle situation this wasn't it .
Delivery was missing several items and we got ZERO help from management. Go with another pizza place.

We order from this location pretty frequently recently it has been nothing but disappointment. From not even cutting our pizzas to not getting extra things that we’ve order to not even getting the right pizza. Save your money and go elsewhere.
