This used to be one of my favorite spots. The last time I was there, the food was horrible. The store needs attention really bad. Windows are so nasty. Food had entirely no seasoning, and the pizza dough was not done. I was highly disappointed. If I could give a zero I would.

I called in an order and they did a perfect delicious job of preparing my pizza. However, when I went to pick it up, it took a long time for someone to come to the window and then they weren't sure if I'd already paid or not. In spite of that, we had a great pizza supreme on original crust. It was delicious.

Original: My order was never delivered. After it was more than an hour late I called the location. After more than 20 minutes on hold nobody ever came to the phone. I then drove to the location and asked to pickup my order. I was given my order. The pizzas were burned. The cinnamon sticks (which was supposed to be mini cinnamon rolls) were boxed with the buffalo chicken melt and was overlapping in such a way that caused it to make contact with chicken. This item was primarily ordered for a vegetarian. I asked the employee to refund my delivery fee and driver tip. She went to get the manager to complete that. The manager was rude, lacked empathy, didnt apologize and ultimately failed to accomplish this.

food is good when i get it, been sitting in drive thru for almost an hour now. this is ridiculous. dont order and come through the drive thru. no one will even ask the guy anything in the car in front of us.

Went to grab a pizza people are very rude don’t wash they hands manager sucks flies and roaches were in my pizza I also have pictures of workers digging in their noses and touching food worse pizza ever
Extremely slow. They 30 plus minutes while you are waiting at the drive through, no explanation given, even when you order the pizza two plus hours earlier. The employees avoid the drive through window as much as they can, even when they see along fleet of cars waiting. Just frustrating.

We came from Rome because our sit down Pizza Hut restaurant has gone out of business. At the behest of a family member we decided to try the Pizza Hut in Cartersville. When we arrived we noticed that the inside was nothing to brag about but as we understand they are fixing to remodel the inside. So we ordered our pizza and an order of breadsticks after figuring out we had to scan a QR code to get the menu on our phone. After we decided on ordering a large hand tossed meat lovers with extra light sauce and come to find out unfortunately they only had bottled Pepsi products to drink (we like Coke products) and an order of bread sticks. We then sat down and waited approximately 15 minutes for our pizza and breadsticks to come out to us at the table. When it came out it was very hot and we started eating the pizza. The 1st thing we noticed is that the crust was not dark and burned as we had become accustomed to from when we would order from our Pizza Hut in Rome. The crust was a light color and at 1st we thought it was going to be undercooked. After we took our 1st bite it was absolutely delicious and cooked just right. The crust and bottom was a little crunchy and the breadsticks was absolutely delicious also. For once we could actually say we enjoyed the food from Pizza Hut again. That meat lovers Pizza was one of the best we had ever had and I can only compare the crust to the stone oven pizzas i would get from my time in the US Navy and we would visit Catana, Sicily. We will definitely be coming back especially after the remodel on the inside.
