Ordered pizza tonight. I ordered a large supreme thin crust, a meat lovers personal pan and breadsticks. I got the supreme was right, they sent a large meat lovers and some kind of bread cut in half. Then when I called of course no one would answer. If I gotta pat $50 for pizza I'll call Papa Johns.

Every time I order delivery from this location, they just send it to doordash. The manager I spoke with this evening said they didn't have any drivers. Then WHY are you still accepting deliveries? I live literally 5 minutes away from this location. For my food to show up, barely lukewarm is completely unacceptable, and an hour after my order was placed on a Wednesday night. It wasn't even busy. The first dasher assigned to my order literally sat across the street for 20 minutes, then he CANCELED IT! A lot of the dashers have zero sense of urgency. Sometimes, they will just sit somewhere else for a long time because they are in no hurry. If I wanted doordash to deliver my food, I would have ordered through doordash!! If pizza hut is comfortable sending their orders to be delivered by another company that doesn't have the same delivery standards then I am not comfortable ordering delivery from here anymore.

This Pizza Hut is the worst location imaginable. Constant errors with orders, terrible customer service on the phone, insane wait times. The reason is always that they don’t have adequate staff or quality staff. I would avoid this location at all costs until new management can get things working. We actually like Pizza Hut Pizza, but it’s not worth the trouble for us anymore.

Nothing out on the tables, no drink machines, employees outside screwing around, seems an employee’s unsupervised special needs child all over the place, puts his hands on my crying 9 month old daughter head without permission, the place is poorly ran and will be reported to corporate

Now I really try to give the food industry the benefit of the doubt. Especially being I worked it for years. However, it’s ridiculous to politely ask to put me on hold. Then don’t even put it on hold but put the phone down. Just to eventually hang up. My husband and I have been waiting almost an hour and 30 for our pizza. We literally only got a veggie and a pep. What’s even more ridiculous is all these big name companies switching to call centers instead of the store. I get productivity. But how is it productive when we never get our food. This is insane. No update. No one has spoke to us. At this point I just want to cancel the order and get a refund. But oh wait! I CANT BECAUSE IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR THIRTY FRICKING MINUTES AND THE LADH WHOS WORKING TONIGHT KEEPS HANGING UP ON ME! I’m not even trying to be ugly or anything I’m just wanting an answer on our dinner. Not to be ghosted and no updates. I would’ve been less upset if it just canceled on its own. But it hasn’t. Still on hold. No response.

Our experience terrible. We asked about the specials and the lady could not tell us anything about it. Then had to look it up on her phone and while doing so my husband ask her another question and she put her hand up and and was so rude and said "wait a minute" she even ask the other team members and they did not know what all came with the meal. After we got our food and was heading to our car the rude lady came behind us and said "y'all could have gave me a good tip" really?

Pizza is good, the drive thru line is slow. They should reserve it for pick up orders and if you order out of the window have them park until they get an alert to jump back in line. I was helping up for 10-15 mins. I guess I could have went in but getting little kids out of the car and back in when it's below freezing is a pain.

50 minutes in the drive through today,. Then the employee at the window was incredibly rude when I questioned why I was being told "it would be a while" AFTER I got to the window. To top it off, the order was also incorrect AND cold.

The only reason I chose this restaurant today was because I wouldn't have to get out of the car, as I'm recovering from surgery. This location is beyond slow, but this was rhe first time they've ever also been rude and screwed up the food. Absolutely unacceptable.

EVERY SINGLE TIME they give me bread sticks with nothing on them. They either give me someone else's order or just completely forget items from my order. I understand being the only pizza hut in Cartersville but management needs to get them moving faster and getting their shit together. I worked at a little Caesars in Kingsland GA and as the main pizza place to serve football parties and highschool football gatherings I know it can be done. They are accommodating when they make mistakes but there shouldn't be mistakes every time I come here. I spend a good amount of money when I do come I just want to have convenience with carry out.

This is the worst place to ever order delivery from. They’re terrible. The actual location does not answer the phone and takes 2 hours to be delivered. Do not ever order from here if I could give them 0 stars I 100% would.

I have ordered from this location many times without any issues until today. I place an order for 8 large pizzas, and one is supposed to be a Veggies. All the pizzas have meat when delivered. I gave the store a call and they said to come pick up the veggie pizza in 15 minutes (with no apology). My brother came in and the pizza was not ready, he inquired on the time and the employee said “I don’t know, it’s no in the oven”.He then waited another 15 minutes, the pizza is still not ready so he left. I called back and ask to speak with the manager, she now tells me that the pizza is in the oven. FYI, the initial call was at 1:29pm and the 2nd call was at 3pm and the pizza is just now in the oven!!! I confronted her on the terrible customer service and she hung up on me. Please avoid this location at all cost!

How hard is it to cook a pizza it's on a timer do you not know how to operate a pizza oven? I'm not sure how many ruined dinners you do for everyone just us not coming back.
