Food was good, service was better, and the atmosphere was loud. We literally had a circus behind us. We have a large family and can give graces but then there was the circus party behind us. Dale did a phenomenal job, very courteous and was probably the best waiter I have ever had. Well done!!

Coleslaw side tasted like it had been hanging out in the fridge for few Mos. The stench of it and the taste of it made me come REAL close to throwing up, so did my son, almost, right at the table. Complained to waiter and he gaslit me so bad, saying it was probably because I hadn't been here in a while...1st and last time to this one. I couldn't finish my food. I tasted a bite of the fish too.... Uhhhggg ....smelled like "China town market on a July afternoon 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 DO BETTER, CARTERSVILLE RED LOBSTER, Might turn this info over to health dept... hope I don't get sick.

I went to pick up a few curbside orders today for my co workers and I. I had been waiting a long time for our food so I decided to call the restaurant to check on the food. The lady was extremely rude to me over the phone and made me feel terrible about even ordering. When she brought the food out she still gave me a terrible attitude... The butter spilled all over the food inside of the bag and I am now wearing melted butter on my work clothes.... DO BETTER.

This is a casual lobster restaurant. Even though my group made a mistake in making a reservation, I was able to get help right away and used it without any major inconvenience. It was a bit disappointing that the side dishes I ordered kept missing, perhaps because I ordered a lot. Since it is a lobster restaurant, I recommend trying the lobster dish. Steak at a steak restaurant, pasta at a pasta restaurant.

Ordering lobster is the easiest. If you want to eat well, you will be pressured by the price. And Red Lobster's famous aperitif cheddar biscuit is a magical biscuit that, strangely enough, makes you think of it again and again later, even though you only eat it casually. Other than that, the scallops (scallops) are delicious, and the shrimp dishes and drinks in general are slightly spicy, so please keep that in mind.

I wanted to try red lobster for the first time so I ordered take out last night, spent close to $70 and it was the worst meal I think I’ve ever had. You can’t charge the same amount as places like little alley but then serve dog food. The steak was super tough and hard to bite through, the lobster tail was cold and the only good thing was the cheddar biscuit but I had to wear half of it and keep a beverage close by! Will never go back here again lol
I haven't been to Red Lobster bc of our last experience at the Cartersville location. Nor do I have any desire to go back.

This was a solid bad experience for us. We were quickly seated but the waitress forgot to come back after taking our drink and appetizer orders. The glasses were sticky to the touch and the spoon for my soup had the last diners food still stuck to it. The soda tasted weird - my Dr Pepper was fine but my fiancés Pepsi zero tasted off. Lastly,I’m writing this sitting on the loo sick as hell. I think I have food poisoning. AVOID THIS LOCATION at all costs.
