Came here for Christmas dinner. Our server did a good job, with the workload she had. Same with the kitchen, you could tell they were understaffed as well. Overall everything was good. I understand no one wants to work on Christmas, but if you are going to be open, make sure you have enough worker's to keep up.

We drive all the way to Cartersville because this Red Lobster gets it right.There are two other Red Lobsters closer to my home. One in Kennesaw and one in Cobb County. They suck. The Cartersville location always provides great service and food. Well worth the drive from Dallas Georgia.

Walked in and hostess ask how many then started answering her text messages. Waitress took about 10 mins to come over and then asked what do you want to eat? Not any drinks or starters. Ask why the create your own was not on the menu no answer. She recommended a fest on the menu then was told we could take something off and add extra already on that feast only for $3.00 more dollars on an already $26.00.
