Lots of pulled pork options. Only have brisket or burnt ends on Fridays. Got the beef sausage. The bun was small and meant for a hot dog. Slaw was good. We were driving through and decided to stop for lunch. The outside looks very clean. The inside was a bit dated but fits the town of Cartersville.
Had a great time eating at Scott’s BBQ for lunch! Awesome small town restaurant culture and the food was very good. Would definitely recommend going if you have never been before.

Maaaaaan. I have absolutely no idea how this place has this high rating . The only decent items were the pulled pork and potato salad. The ribs were rubbery and just tasted off. IDon’t know if we went in there on an off day or what. And the Mac and cheese was scary! Dry and crusty. Not fresh. At least they were nice enough to refund my parents ribs.
Dont get me wrong, the pulled pork was deffinitly 5 star! but the hotdogs are boiled.Stricly a personal preference thing. Food in general was fantastic. Mac and cheese was awesome.

Found this gem while we were road tripping. The food and sauces were great. They easily accommodated my gluten sensitivity. My kiddo loved the bbq baked beans. My mom loved the Brunswick stew.10/10 to the super friendly staff.10/10 to the super friendly local patrons. This is our first time in Cartersville, and we’re big fans.**You can only get brisket on Friday.

Used to be so much better years ago. Ordered the ribs and they were rubbery and tough. Mac n cheese was pasty. They told us they bake it in the oven and put bread crumbs on top but it was nasty! All stuck together and dry. The beans were mushy too. We asked for another side and we chose potato salad. It too was nothing to write home about. Not much flavor. Big pieces of egg white, no salt, not much relish. When one of the employees brought it to our table, she slammed them down on the table. My daughter was the one who went to the counter to ask for another side since the Mac n cheese was awful and she was told, “well we already gave you your sides.” Very rude staff. Acted like it would put them out of business to give another side to a customer who wasn’t happy. I will say we complained to the manager and he refunded us our money. But none of the food tasted fresh. It was like it was cooked days ago and they just keep warming it up and serving it to people. Also the burnt ends and the beef brisket is only available on Fridays according to their menu. What in the world? The locals around there like it I guess because there’s not a lot of BBQ places around but it sure was disappointing to us. If you want great BBQ you must visit Biguns BBQ in Talking Rock.

I have been coming in here for years and I love this place. The staff is amazing and the food is great. My favorite is the BBQ potato. It feels like home and is a comfortable place to visit and eat with friends!! And that tall dude with the dark hair is pretty handsome!! ?

Worst bbq I ever had. I think it was the sauce that made it terrible. Way too much vinegar.
