Got the special tonight (6 boneless wings, side and drink). I got a side salad for my side and was charged .25 for the dressing for my salad. REALLY??? I asked a worker why I was charged for my salad dressing and she said the salad didn’t come with dressing. REALLY??? Had this exact same meal last Wednesday and wasn’t charged for the dressing. A quarter isn’t going to make me or break me, but the asinine reason as to why really pissed me off.

I'm used to putting on my own sauce. They offer Carolina Sauce, but they had slathered on a dreadful ketchupy sauce already. The ribs weren't very big or tasty at all - very little smoky flavor. The BBQ chicken was also disappointing. I don't mind Christian music, but I don't want to feel preached-to when I'm eating out. All in all, a poor experience. I'll admit that the cole slaw was really good and the prices reasonable but I'll not return.

Rome location is much better! For one, the floors were sooooo sticky my flip flops were being pulled off my feet! The chicken was fried to Jerky! The ribs were dry & probably old. The green beans were super greasy & tasted like soap and Mac & cheese was very very dry! Only thing good here were the staff members

Door dashed Shane's Rib Shack this evening because I was too sick to cook dinner. First time trying it. It did not disappoint! The food was delicious! We tried the ribs, pulled pork, fried chicken tenders, toast, green beans, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, and peach cobbler. The ranch and BBQ sauce were excellent too. Everything tasted like real homemade southern cooking. Will definitely get it again.
We always enjoy eating at Shane's. They have the best BBQ around and the are about average on their prices. We do enjoy the monthly Tuesday special and the Thursday dinner special is a welcome value to feed the family on a weeknight.
Visited this location many times and always have a great experience. They recently catered an event for us as well and everything was top notch. Many thanks and keep it up!

Driving thru for my boyfriend work. I have celiacs disease & it’s difficult for me to find any good food really. Was sold to try it once I saw the gluten sensitive options. Split the ribs with my boyfriend & honestly all of it was delicious. Ribs were good without sauce but every thing was delicious. Shane’s ranch complimented the salad well. Regular & spicy BBQ sauce had a great flavor but not needed. Dog even enjoyed her plain hamburger. Thanks Shane’s rib shack staff for a great meal.
