the lady at the cashier ,i think her name was morgan, was so incredibly sweet. she had a positive attitude and made sure me and my family were well taken care of. she was more respectful than the manager onsite. such a sweet and loving soul!!!!

Very disappointed.. The ribs were dry, tough and tasted old. They didn't give me ANY sauces with my order. The chicken strips were far from tender and also very dry (no sauce). Mac and cheese was pretty average. Baked beans were pretty good. Fried okra was fried okra. Pulled pork was pretty decent but again NO SAUCE..

Shane’s never disappoints! They actually LOWERED their prices which is unheard of in this economy. Great price for the quantity and quality. Lemon pepper tenders are always my go-to. Family of 5 can eat fairly cheap compared to other places. Will definitely return again!
We’ve always had excellent customer service and excellent food at Shane’s in Cartersville. Today we went and it was HORRIBLE!!! It took over 25 minutes and our order was packed to go???? We were eating inside. Our order was completely wrong and they gave us burnt sweet potato fries. We didn’t order them but what we did order, they did not even cook. We had to wait another 20 minutes for them to cook our order. Again, they served us in to go boxes. Our order consisted of a gallon of tea, and the manager said we have no gallon jugs so we can give you two large cups of tea. We said absolutely not so he went to Chili’s and borrowed their gallon container. They also closed the restrooms while we were still in the restaurant. We ordered Mac n cheese and was told they were out. No apologies just nope not today. We ran out. Another customer ordered a gallon of unsweetened tea and they had just emptied it before they closed. He ask them to make him some more. The manager was definitely not happy and his attitude was affecting the other employees. We finally just left as he NEVER came out and apologized for all the mishaps. I give him a -5 out of 10.

We’ve used this location to cater several training events and it’s been amazing!! The boxed lunch comes at a great price and the food is delicious. I can’t say enough about the quality of the food and the great customer service.
Was looking for a good BBQ place, must have been an off day, the Pork and Ribs were 75% fat and tasted like they were made the day before. The fries were saturated in oil, and the green beans were salt with a little green beans. The chicken tenders were hard, and salty, and saturated in oil as well. The sweet tea tasted spoiled already and we visited at 11AM.

This place can be a hit or miss.. sometimes you go to dine in and order food and it's COLD... Cold Mac & cheese.. cold fries. And then sometimes you go and the food comes out hot and GREAT. The shack dog is my favorite but not when it is cold. ? Staff is really sweet and the atmosphere is awesome. People complain about the sticky floors but the owners explain the situation.. they are not dirty!
