January 17th around 5pm, 10 of us came in without prior notice. Without hesitation, they started finding us spot. Within minutes we were seated. The waitress, (i wish I would have gotten her name) was phenomenal. Never had an empty cup. Food came out perfect and she always had a smile. 10 out 10. Thank you for a great dinner.

Today was a rough day for the family with a funeral. I'm staying nearby and went to another pub that was open late. I had one drink and the service (at the other pub) was so bad I left after paying (and tipping). I saw that Sidelines in Cartersville was open nearly as late. So I went there. When I walked in, the bartender, Lizzy, greeted me with a smile. a genuine and pleasant greating. I knew I had found the right place. I placed a drink order and it was delivered quickly. I ordered queso (fair), wings and fries which were great. A few more drinks and I ordered a brownie/ice cream desert. Lizzy was amazing. Thank you for your kindness.

We love the wings here , but the over all Menu is hit and miss , some dishes are delicious and some are just mediocre. The staff is generally very good . It’s was really good when it first opened . But it’s more hit or miss the last couple of years . It’s kinda pricey for what you get , but what isn’t these days . It’s on or regular rotation.

Went for all you can eat wings . First order came out twenty minutes which is not horrible. They were over done. We managed. The second order took an hour and when they came out no one had a clue what they were? Food quality was poor but service was even worse. Waitress said do to a large table all other tables would have to wait!

They say you never know what you got until it’s gone. I want to apologize to the restaurant and staff for cheating and going next door to Buffalo’s or whatever it’s called. I’m sorry. It wasn’t worth it. She was mid tier. The table was dirty. I will never cheat again I promise. So I had to make it up with a review here. Sidelines has always been good to me. Staff is friendly and food is amazing for the price. I’m always greeted and I love the atmosphere. 10/10

Ordered a to go order online. Chicken finger dinner was fine. Pimento cheese burger was awful. Dry burger, barely any cheese on it, barely any bacon habanero jam on it. Fries were old. Wish I could get a refund.

I spend A LOT of money with you guys through Uber Eats sometimes 2 times a week so when you miss parts of my order (which isn’t often) it’s very frustrating. I just had a baby so it’s hard to get out which is why I order delivery. When I spend over 100$ on food I expect all the food to be there. I can understand maybe a side missing or something small but three meals and a drink is unacceptable. Guess I won’t be making big orders anymore.

We eat here all the time. Good is always solid and the Blueberry/Apple cheesecake is to die for. Our waitress Alexis was awesome. She was perfect. Food and drinks arrived just as ordered and she was very attentive. One of the best waitresses and we’ve been going to this location for years.
