Pulled up, hit the button to order and proceeded to wait for over 30 mins on this past Tuesday night. We finally gave up and pulled off and went to Taco Bell instead. We even tried to push the button a couple of more times and still nobody even responded, sorry Told us to wait, or anything... Worst service ever ...

We’ve come to this Sonic twice and had terrible service both times. The first time, we waited over an hour with no food, only to finally find an employee who told us the server was down. No one bothered to let us know. The second time, we tried placing an order at two different stalls, numbers 3 and 28, but no one responded. It wasn’t even busy. We had to use the app just to get our food. The service here is unacceptable, and management should be embarrassed by how poorly this location is run.

Absolute dumpster food. They always get the order wrong. If they don't, its cold, stale, nasty fries and slapped together so quick my dog could do it better. The only thing good from this location is the shakes and im kinda afraid of what goes in them.. its like they pulled the food out of a dumpster.
The pictures on here are from somewhere else. I mean one says golden brown crispy sticks of goodness like they are cheese fries and they are triangle chips in the pictures.

Momma and I went there for a quick meal and a milk shake. Once we found what appeared to be a working stall and pressed the button, we waited and waited. We did not time the wait, but after a while, the light stopped blinking and without being offered the opportunity to order. So, we left! No service was received; therefore, no food was received.

Today during the lunch hour, pressure washing was being done on the premises. While regular maintenance is appreciated, it would be more considerate to schedule this type of work at a time that doesn’t coincide with peak lunch traffic—especially on a Friday.

Unfortunately, while management was understanding and acknowledged the concern, the individual performing the work continued to blow oil, debris, and trash onto vehicles, including mine, with little regard for those entering or parked nearby. This lack of courtesy was disappointing and undermined the otherwise professional response from management.

I hope future maintenance can be scheduled more thoughtfully to avoid unnecessary inconvenience to customers

Pressed the button on 5 different speakers, waited ~5 minutes at each, no answer.

Ended up walking to someone elses car and pressing their button, and immediately got an answer.

Whole ordeal took about 45 minutes.

If the speakers are broke, fine- but at least have signs up...

Toyota camry with spolier for no reason

I was going to get food but my pregnent wife needed to use the restroom and wanted me to help her . There was an employee standing outside the door with her hands on the door when I opened it telling me I can't help my pregenet wife use the restroom it is a family bathroom . I don't understand why she was standing with her ear to the door while my pregent wife was using the restroom . Update I called the sonic after I drove away and asked to speak with the manger the manger said it was her that was at the door with ear up against it when my wife was using the bathroom today. I asked why she said there was smoke coming out of the bathroom which is a complete lie I don't smoke and my pregenet wife doesn't ethier she was using the bathroom for less than 2 minutes idk how or understand why she was doing that creepy stuff.

Ordered 2 meals and it took over 25 minutes for them to have the order out to our car. After 20 minutes passed, I called the store and the person on the other end of the phone answered with “hello? hold on” and then they hung up. I would love to see some better service at this location. I didn’t have a huge issue with the length of time it took to get my food because I understand places get busy, but to not even be given an apology or a true answer when I called the store is disappointing.

It’s sad sonic is a model that should be able to thrive. In other states they do here in Georgia they suck due to poor service and upkeep. This sonic has half the booths not working or now changed over to mobile orders. I just ordered 4 meals and after more than 20min of waiting I left.

Just close if you can’t keep the place up and have worked who will work. Pathetic.

The store needs to be re-trained or fire them and start over. Ridiculous, could not get the orders they confirmed on the screen correct. Very nonchalant attitudes. Threw the ranch dips in the car after they forgot to bring it. Then they brought a sweet tea and not the sweet topped strawberry lemonade we ordered. The girl was visibly upset when she stomped over with the receipts refunding the two drink orders THEY got wrong. I would never stop here again. Will be reporting this location and the untrained associates. Shut them down
