This is such an amazing place I had a great time talking to the baristas super friendly people great atmosphere they were super helpful and really patient with me (I’m very indecisive) great customer service I will definitely be coming back ?
Southern Muggs is usually great, but their attempt at boba is... unfortunate. I'm from Duluth. I grew up around *good* bubble tea. I wish so badly that Southern Muggs was good, but I've tried it on multiple occasions and tried multiple types. Their tapioca is either overcooked or just overall bad. Their other stuff is usually good, and the baristas are friendly, but don't go here for bubble tea. Try Queen Tea in Kennesaw, or Tiger Sugar.
The service was excellent and friendly. I ordered a mocha breve their coffee is really good. One of the best mochas I’ve ever had. I ordered a 20 ounce with an extra shot and extra chocolate.
