I have many stars( I go to SB daily) and all three of my drinks were purchased with them. Who doesn't love free? These coffees saved our lives on our drive back home from TN. I have no complaints and all our drinks were prepared well/quickly. Thanks!

I was overcharged for a drink. The cashier counted the money wrong. I gave her 16 quarters, 3 one dollar bills, 2 dimes and 2 pennies. $7.22 for the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I never had any problems out of this location until around 4 something pm yesterday. She argued with me that I was short when I wasnt she had mistaken a quarter for a nickel. Which i didnt have any nickels I'm 100% sure of it. She said I gave her $6.97 which wasn't right. I had $7.22 in exact change. I gave her more change because she was persistent on arguing with me on it when she didn't count the change right. Surely there's a camera at the drive thru register. Be careful when you pay with cash/change cause some of these employees aren't able to count. When she was giving me the change back she started to hand me the $3 back and caught herself then handed me 3 pennies back in change. Regardless that this happened to me I dont want this happening to other people who aren't aware that they may be getting deceived.

We were able to get decaf espresso, so that meant all the fun drinks made with espresso were an option for us! That was such a treat!!

Literally waited 20 minutes for 2 cold brews. I understand places get busy… but the manager seemed to be zero help to her team. She was just walking around checking lids and milk while she had a drive thru line wrapped around the place and a handful of folks inside. I worked at a Starbucks for 5 years and never had a manager not jump in to help a rush. The barista was killing it solo style, but there were 2 other people I just watched walk I circles as we all waited. That manager is not setting up her team for success. Milk rotations and stocking lids that are barely low… is not a priority when you have customers waiting. 5 stars for the barista who was so polite and rocking out bevs non stop! From my perspective she should be the one running the ship.

I normally like this location but today they were out of caramel for a caramel frappuccino BUT offered me a caramel ribbon crunch instead ... Odd. Then got to the window and had to listen to some female employee totally berate the male employee loudly. If you are going to chew someone out, don't do it where every customer can hear. Very unprofessional and I wanted to just tell him it would be better but was so embarrassed for him. Then... ended up getting a grande when I ordered and paid for a venti.
Hope the male employee has a better day after that and hope the female employee has the day she deserves. Think I'll go to another Starbucks from now on.

Update*** I went there this morning and they now have my name plastered in the system to make sure I try my drink at the window. I shouldn’t have to try my drink at the window if you all would get it right and do your job. I’m very upset about this. I have contacted corporate because when I proceeded to tell her, I’m not trying my drink at the window. I shouldn’t have to. She looks at me like I’m crazy and I said I’m calling corporate. This is insane. I’m not a liar and I’m not gonna be treated as such and she said girl go ahead we don’t care was her exact words. that was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, and that little girl should be ashamed of herself.

I go in this location every single day and they’re on occasion are times they mess my drink up and that’s fine. Things happen. What I don’t like is whenever I go in there to tell the manager about it and he’s kind of snarky about it like it’s my fault that they messed up a few times on my drink. I stood there today for 15 minutes, waiting on a drink to be made and when I asked the girl behind the counter if that was my coffee she was making she looked at me and said I’m sorry sometimes it takes this long with a really rude tone. I don’t have to spend thousands of dollars at your slow location every year. I can take my business elsewhere. A customer in most situations should never be wrong.
