Update*** I went there this morning and they now have my name plastered in the system to make sure I try my drink at the window. I shouldn’t have to try my drink at the window if you all would get it right and do your job. I’m very upset about this. I have contacted corporate because when I proceeded to tell her, I’m not trying my drink at the window. I shouldn’t have to. She looks at me like I’m crazy and I said I’m calling corporate. This is insane. I’m not a liar and I’m not gonna be treated as such and she said girl go ahead we don’t care was her exact words. that was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, and that little girl should be ashamed of herself.

I go in this location every single day and they’re on occasion are times they mess my drink up and that’s fine. Things happen. What I don’t like is whenever I go in there to tell the manager about it and he’s kind of snarky about it like it’s my fault that they messed up a few times on my drink. I stood there today for 15 minutes, waiting on a drink to be made and when I asked the girl behind the counter if that was my coffee she was making she looked at me and said I’m sorry sometimes it takes this long with a really rude tone. I don’t have to spend thousands of dollars at your slow location every year. I can take my business elsewhere. A customer in most situations should never be wrong.

They only care about the drive through and have the inside customers waiting for ever. If you ask then they get upset. It’s ridiculous honestly.

This Starbucks is so slow and they never have anything I order. I ordered two different sandwiches and they were out of both. How do you run out of food????

30 minutes waiting on a coffee that never came, had to leave. The staff is so hostile you can't even ask them to look into your order for you without them telling you to wait longer. Numerous people waiting 20+ mins while recent arrivals got their drinks in no time. Disorganized store with contempt for customers.

The lines move pretty quickly , but each time the coffee is made completely different. Not a fan, as I like my coffee to taste the exact same every time . Coffee seems weak . Employees are friendly.

They barely put any ice in my double blended cold brew. Also, my tall size seemed like it was in a kiddie size cup. The wait time seemed like forever behind one car, the girl informed me she was the only one making drinks and the drink she made for them didn’t like her. Thought maybe I was waiting for a huge DoorDash/uber eats order or something. Tipped $5 for one drink to get it like that . :-/ Love the location, but the service will make you want to drive to another 1 for better drinks.

While I do not get Starbucks often when I have my dog we tend to stop by and get a pup cup and a coffee. The lady in the speaker was unprofessional, short, and did not listen to what I ordered. I asked for a flavored coffee with milk and sugar and all I received was a regular coffee, no milk or sugar. She also forgot our pup cup and she rolled her eyes when she gave it to us.
When you work in customer service you at-least have to try and have a smile on your face. (You can cuss me or flick me off when I leave)

It's a star bucks. Only complaint is the drive through takes a very long time and their parking lot is way to small for the amount of buisness they have.
