This is genuinely one of my favorite places to grab a coffee from in Cartersville. The staff are so sweet and make you feel appreciated. I will always hold this location close to my heart, I love my baristas!!!

I normally like this location but today they were out of caramel for a caramel frappuccino BUT offered me a caramel ribbon crunch instead ... Odd. Then got to the window and had to listen to some female employee totally berate the male employee loudly. If you are going to chew someone out, don't do it where every customer can hear. Very unprofessional and I wanted to just tell him it would be better but was so embarrassed for him. Then... ended up getting a grande when...
