Only making this review to alert management that employees need to be trained better. Every time I have ordered here, there is always confusion and my very simple order is made wrong. I also see it happening to other customers. It used to be a good location but hasn’t been recently.

The employees will watch you walk up and finish their conversation first before taking your order. I think his name is Carson or Cason, but he’s VERY rude. I literally watched him toss my drink on the counter pick up a straw and throw it at my drink. He didn’t even call out the drink name. Every encounter I’ve had with him has been like this.

Customer service is amazing! I was a frequent customer two years ago, until my work hours changed, and I hadn't been back since then. I stopped by again a week ago around 9AM. Carson, barista, not only remembered me, but also remembered what I always ordered two years ago (my usual order back then was a little unusual). HE MADE MY DAY!!! Pumpkin cream cold brew is my super star drink now. I've got to have at least three of those a week now.

I didn't go and would NEVER go to Starbucks simply because of their political views and refusing to serve police officers. Plus I've always said Starbucks coffee is nothing more than over brewed and over caffeinated coffee. Take any coffee you want and boil it for about 30 minutes and you'll have a cup of Starbucks and it won't cost you a outrageous price.I went grocery shopping at Ingles I didn't go to Starbucks

They have recently renovated this store, the building had no lights on outside and I was wondering if they were open. I pulled to the drive thru and they did greet me quickly, the hot chocolate I ordered was luke warm and tasted a little too sweet. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time.

Saturday march 19th 2022 6:00pMy drink was delicious! Toasted vanilla oatmilk. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The staff recommended a dragon drink with lemonade was also delicious. This is a great Starbucks!

Usually, the workers are pretty quick and polite. But a few times they have gotten my order wrong or it was slightly changed. No problem. But I asked for a Iced Caramel Macchiato, when I got a hot macchiato. Again, not a big deal, only problem is that the drink tasted bland, it was as if I was drinking warm water with a drop of whip cream. I know they were quite busy but, nevertheless not as busy as it usually is. It may have been a new worker or such, but there’s not a reason to why? uh thanks for the water. :)
