Stood in line for 20 minutes just to order and when we did they only took 1 order. Missed the other order we had. The younger girl making drinks and taking orders was really sweet but the other lady that was there today was not helping her at all. She gave us rude looks and would not take our order or try to help the other girl. Do not recommend this Starbucks. The coffee is not very good either.

Cold coffee, returned, then waited 10 minutes while they brewed new pot. Ladies working there worried more about their phone texting. Really incompetent!

Very horrible experience. The cashier had very poor customer service, and the young lady making the drinks clearly lacks experience. Horrible drink and customer service.

I had to wait 20 minutes for two drinks, when there was three employees working. Only one was behind the counter working, the other two was out stacking coffee beans while there was a line of customers. They also didn’t know how to make my drinks, asked me how they were made, and still got both drinks wrong. Waste of money coming to this location. Wish I could get my money back since both my drinks where made wrong.

Every time I come to this location they are out of white chocolate mocha, large cups and whipped cream. It's the only thing I ever get and truly disappointed in this location. It's very convenient for me but disappointing simply bc they don't have stock in anything I want.

The worst experience i’ve ever had! For one there was only 2 people working and we had to wait 10 minutes just to be asked what we wanted, the second thing is they got my drink completely wrong and when told they got an attitude and told me there was no such a drink! I told them i use to work at starbucks and it is in their books of drink recipes, then proceeded to tell me they had no apple juice in the whole store so i asked for a refund at this point we had been there for 30 minutes , i was told to go to the customer service desk which costed 15 more minutes and still never got a refund, so we paid almost 7 dollars for them to not be trained correctly and not knowing how to do their job!
