If I could it would be a zero star rating as this Subway refused to refund me my money after selling me molded bread. Yes molded from one end to the other. I was told I would receive a full refund no problem after I called the night of. I could not go back due to the time they closed. I was the last customer of the night that night. The store closes at 9 pm n I was there at 845. Left got home n noticed the mold called the store even thou it was a few minutes past 9. Explaining the bread n why I was not going to eat it the guy on the phone said no problem just come in tomorrow n well refund your money. I asked if I needed to either bring the sub with or not. He said no don't worry about it. So I was under the impression it'd be a walk in walk out easy refund. I took the sub with me. Yes I kept the sub over night just so I could take it back n they could see it.so I went n and right away the lady knew who I was. The manager on this day was ready to argue over a receipt. Now I didn't take the receipt because I was like I'mma just eat this n no reason to get a paper receipt I'm not talking anything back. N Subway is eat Freash right? Well as I explained to the lady I was not interested in eating at that particular location again. She insisted on making a new sub because she was told that was the best she could do if I had no receipt as told to her by her store manager. After refusing a remake she offered me coupons for free sandwichs that were n are only good at the location the manager on duty shoved 3 of them at me like they are supposed to make me feel better because it's a foot long n a six inch worth yet I'm still refusing to eat at this location because I work with food like a restaurant yet even if my boss said not to refund if I saw the mold my self I'd refund the money no questions and give coupons still as a were really really sorry incentive. Instead they pushed 3 coupons on me n gave me a digital gift card. I just wanted this to be made right by giving me my money back. I would have kept silent n let it go but they wanna play games about it. N now I could careless about the money it's the cost your willing to pay for screwing with the customer when your in the wrong.
My daughter has music lessons here. She loves her instructor and the people are nice!
The food was fresh tasted great. Resturant was clean,clean bathrooms.
Food was ok. The shredded lettuce wasn't freshly cut. It had a pinkish look where it was cut. The women's bathroom was very very clean. This particular Subway does NOT except mobile coupons or any other type of electronic coupon. Of coarse they will take a mobile order though. So paper coupons only. This particular Subway didn't participate in the $2.00 meatball offer when available. Workers are friendly & helpfull.
Love the food, the dining area could be kept up a lil better.
