Staff barely talks and if they do its all about how slow business is and how much cheaper their food is and also the “wife” or lady that was there always trys to guilt trip to tip or something also my food is always cold when i get it toasted in front of me and staff never says anything and i found out once i bite it. Downright pitiful subway also complained about taking coupons.

It's a bad restaurant and the staff's behavior was very bad and terrible.
"This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway location. The staff were not only rude but completely unprofessional and acted as if they couldn’t care less about the customers. They got my order wrong three times and treated me like I was the problem! The sandwich I finally received was a mess—sloppily made and looked like it had been thrown together with zero care. The store was filthy, and the employees showed no interest in keeping it clean. Absolutely unacceptable. If this is the standard, I’ll never be returning to any Subway again. Avoid this place at all costs!"
Very good

The food and service here are terrific. Staff is super friendly. They put a ton of ingredients on the sandwiches. Every order has been correct. IMO, the best Subway you will find.

Whenever you use a coupon there the staff are instructed by owners to give you less on your sub. The bread was stale I ordered a steak and cheese and barely found any meat on the sub it was mostly just bread and lots of mayo and lettuce!

There is a rude Indian lady that works here and thinks she can change the rules on coupons . When I called and asked for manger she told me on the phone manger was in store just busy so I go in the store and then she tells me the manger isn’t in today.. Just lies and very rude staff.
Vegetarian options: You get your own choice of a sub sandwich, a wrap, or a bowl, all of which can meet dietary supplements for the day. Tortillas are a type of corn starch so very good if you’re against wheat bread which is my personal preference. And if you don’t wish to add meat to your food there’s always the option of a salad and desert. Especially the chips. The sunflower cheddar just happens to be my favorite.
Dietary restrictions: There’s vegetables. It’s subway it’s your choice just choose.
Parking: The subway is right next to a convenience store that gets more people getting gas than regularly getting food. Very convenient for sitting down for lunch.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid-orientated. Family owned business.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking and easy going staff.

It was the 2nd of January, when I decided to order from the Subway app, three footlong sandwich meals w/drinks and chips - tuna, All Star Italian, and another Italian. My app told me the food would be ready by 1130 a.m., thus, I arrived at this location, and sent my boyfriend in to retrieve our food. To my surprise, he came back, empty-handed, to report the woman at the register; someone I would soon find out was the owner, had told him our food had been picked up. Mind-boggled, I entered the restaurant and told her it was 'impossible' that someone could have picked up our food. She haughtily grabbed the receipt and said someone in a red sedan had picked up my food stating my name and phone #. In disbelief, I asked her to show me the camera footage where it would show such a person picking up my food (I mostly wanted this footage for the police). Interestingly, she said it was not working. At this point, I insisted that my food could not have been picked up as I am originally from CT, and would find it rather unbelievable that someone should have my private info to pick up Subway sandwiches, of all things. Avidly concerned, I proceeded to call the Bartow Police, and it was at this moment, she mentioned she would re-make the food. She then proceeded to call the individual she reported had taken my food, who now claimed he had not picked up any orders. (I am not surprised this person would claim ignorance as she called my old CT number on file). Shortly before the police arrived, she called someone and said they would need to speak to me. I had no problem with speaking to whomever she had called. The cops arrived onsite and proceeded to speak to me about the incident. The duo (female/male) went to speak to the son (whom had arrived a little while ago) and the mother outside of Subway. He reported he was co-owner with her. When the cops returned, the female officer seemed puzzled I had called as they (mother/son duo) must have told her they were preparing my food. I explained to the female officer, that the female owner had clearly explained to me, while at the register, that someone had given her my name and phone # to gather my food. The female cop explained they were re-making my food, which I expected, since I paid for it. It is not as if I was asking to be gifted food which I had not paid for. The officer believed that the woman's thick Indian accent and the possible accent of the person who had picked up my food, may have caused a miscommunication. She stated that the other person had never provided the owner with my name or number, contrary to what the owner had previously told me. That they would prepare my food and wanted me to leave once I received my food. I had no qualms about leaving, though I felt the request to leave was if I was deemed the criminal for her ineptitude. When the male owner pulled the 3-4 print-out orders of food placed earlier in the day, in order to show the police, no other receipts had the name "Heidi" on them. This was not an error of same name, wrong order dispensed. Furthermore, when the female owner apologized to the cops, her son had the gall to say to her that she need not apologize. In such a case, I should have received an apology for this error, but I did not, from either of these "outstanding" co-owners. I understand human mistake. I certainly do. But when your human error makes a person worry that their information has been hacked, or that someone is impersonating them, I will say there is cause for concern and duress. In addition, how many people would not be irate that their food has been stolen. Even if the food is being remade, there is principle. This could have all been avoided had someone simply said, "We made a mistake and gave your food to another w/o verifying vs. "Someone came by and gave me your name and number and they picked up your food." So, just a warning to any patrons that use this establishment. As one can conclude, I shall not order from this location, again.

Our visit started off great. The young man working there was very friendly and attentive to what we wanted. Unfortunately the older man who was outside sitting around and not working came in and ruined our experience. Not sure if this was the owner or manager but he pushed the younger gentleman to start an order behind us and took over our order halfway through, he was not personable and he started rushing through everything and not paying attention. We had to say things multiple times for him to listen. When we ordered our large meal and went to check out we told him about our coupon which we had mentioned at the beginning of our order to the younger gentleman. He wouldn’t honor it and took no action to help. After receiving payment he decided to make a smart comment to my husband about the sign to mention it at the beginning. We had. If he had any customer service he would’ve resolved it instead of just throwing his hands up and not caring. We will not be back. I hope the young gentleman finds a better establishment to work for that acknowledges his great service.
