You can’t even see the ingredients behind the glass OR them making your sandwich. I didn’t see my sandwich till I opened it up and by that time it was too late. My sandwich is THIN AND COLD and I asked for it toasted. It’s not hard to make a sandwich the right way so let’s try to do that moving forward alright??

Got here at 8:20am on August 2nd, 2024. I approach the counter, and the lady at the front says we're closed very rudely. I told her they're supposed to open at 8am. She pointed to the empty counter and said, nothing is prepped, I still have to prep everything, that'll take at least another 20 minutes. My husband and I were depending on being able to pick up sandwiches quickly for our all day event out of town. This was very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

Amanda is an absolute bundle of joy, she took our order and in an extremely timely manner and has always greeted us with a big smile. All the food is displayed nicely and easy for you to identify especially when you bring your own extended mirror wand. She was extremely welcoming to us Koreans I've started going here instead of the on at the TA an Exit 296.

Rude service. Young woman smelled so strongly of tobacco that I felt a small nicotine buzz as she prepared my food with unwashed hands. Thank God for the gloves. Several minutes wait to even receive service but hey... Gotta smoke them cigarettes right ?

Amazing service at this location. Terri was so sweet and friendly. I wish they allowed the workers tips cause she went above and beyond with her customer service. My daughter had been wanting a churro and she was so sweet and helped us out.
