Says that they are open 24/7 but it’s like they are only open 24/7 every other day. I don’t know if they can’t keep workers or not, but they shouldn’t have advertised them opening 24 hours if they couldn’t fulfill their obligations

I came at 2:10 am for my lunch break (I’m a CNA who works 3rd shift). When I arrived the employee was cleaning so I asked a simple question “ Are y’all closed at the moment?” And all she said back was “No I’m cleaning” in a rude tone and then continued to clean. So I said “ok” and waited. A minute later she looks up at me and stated “are you gonna order something or just stand there.” Again in a rude tone. I then walk over to the counter and begin my order. During the entire time of my ordering she continued to have an attitude and huff and puff about everything. I had a simple order, one 6’ Philly and one 6’ tuna. I had to constantly repeat myself and then when she completed the sandwiches she instantly ranged it up and assumed I was paying card. When I stated I would be paying $15 in cash and the rest on my card she continued to huff and puff. Not to mention every time I said something or had to repeat myself she would give me a nasty look. If people coming in and ordering food at this time of night is a problem and causes you to not be able to preform your job in the correct way, which also means having customer service abilities, then maybe 3rd shift in a fast food establishment is not for you. Also I was the only person there so there was no line or other customers to serve.

So I did go to Subway but they didn't have what I was ordering and it was at noon and you would think that they would have more than two meatballs to make meatball subs at noon yeah I was a little upset I didn't even get to eat lunch cuz I was waiting in the long line to find out they didn't have any meatballs come on people it's lunch you got to have more than two meatballs for lunch time

Came in fairly late from a long drive to grab something quick before a couple hours of sleep and another 10 hour drive wound up having to just walk away. Employee behind the counter scoffed and every little thing the guy in front of us wanted on his sandwich. Was barely paying attention and seemed to be tweaking out. Clearly didn't wanna work. Decided to go to the mcdonalds across the street and it was just as bad.
The boy at register was under trained, bad attitude and a nasty mouth. Cursing at the customer and walk away from the register. The girl Sierra who claimed to be the manager was the same. Bad attitude and cursing at customer. I didn't get my phone out in time to catch them in the act of cursing at me. The bad attitudes elevated to hostility once I began recording for the record.

This subway is very sub par. They will let anybody work here… one of the busiest subways yet they allow the slowest people to work here even without the proper training…takes 10 minutes per sandwich… per customer… the manager obviously doesn’t want this establishment to thrive or would hire better crew!

Typical Subway but at this location you never know when they will close. They are supposed to be open till 11 but many times they close way before then, like 10:00, 10:15, etc. When you depend on places like subway for food when you work at night, this is a bummer.
