Being a big fan of Chipotle, I was skeptical about this new resturant in Cartersville. I am so glad I tried it. It was fantastic!!! It was fresh without all the seasoning. I love the extra options you can add. They have different salsas, thin chips, and a variety of meats to add. Most of all the service was great! Don't walk to this place, RUN!! You will not regret it!!!!

This was my second visit here as my 1st visit was top notch. Bianca and Faye provided excellent service. The food is delicious. ?

Surcheros Cartersville is AMAZING!! I always go see Bianca and she is such a ray of sunshine. She also makes a killer burrito!! If you're hungry and need some good food and positive energy, go see Bianca and the Surcheros team. It will definitely make your day better!!

I just paid $51.00 for 4 tacos, 1 burrito and 1 loaded bowl. I will never come here again. 24.00 for 4 tacos ? absolutely not!!! Now i know why the place was empty when we walked Inside.

Great food, been here 3 times. So much better than other places. LOVE that they DO NOT nickel and dime you for condiments and toppings. They don't charge for sour cream, guacamole, queso, or pico when I order my quesadilla!!! Toppings are free.

Kind of bummed to share this review, as I was so excited about this place. I visited on Sunday afternoon and ordered the veggie nachos as I am a vegetarian. The gal who helped me must have been having a bad day as there were absolutely no smiles involved… in addition, apparently there were no veggies involved either. My $12 nachos consisted of chips, cheese and the usual toppings but zero offers for any vegetables. Also, disappointed there was no tofu like all other Tex Mex fast food. I requested extra chips and never receive them. The woman who took my money at the end of the transaction was very friendly. But overall I received over-priced chips and cheese with salsa. Bummer!!!

Came here for the first time for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Lots of comments saying other restaurants are better but I just don't see it. Staff was friendly, the selections were fully stocked, food was hot and delicious.

Wife got a chicken bowl and isn't big on spicy food so she appreciated that the chicken bowel she got wasn't spicy. I prefer a little spicy, they have a salsa bar and chopped jalapenos read to go. Carnitas quesadilla was awesome.

Lots of reviews pointing out the low lights of the place seem overblown and dramatic. I think it sits somewhere between Chipotle and Willy's in terms of style of food, fresh ingredients like chipotle with the seasoning level of Willy's.

This is likely going to be our go to Mexican spot from here on out.

Very good! 9/10 for a build a burrito place. Really liked how I could pick my veggies to have sautéed, that was awesome. Will definitely be back! Could have been a little cleaner, but not bad.

Wow! This will officially be my new spot in Cartersville. I got pick up here for the first time today. Love the drive thru pick up option. Friendly staff. Fresh, delicious food! And I love how they have all the modification options one could dream of. Portion sizes are enough to be able to make it a meal for 2 days. 10 out of 10 recommend!
