If it wasn't so far away, I would go there at least twice a week.

Based on past hearsay and not actual reviews, I finally decided to try this place. Unfortunately I was unable to try every offering, so I decided to try the Cuban, and my wife, the Reuben. Unless you've ever had a real Cuban sandwich, you would not have anything on which you could compare. I don't know what to say other than, "it is not a good representation of a Cuban sandwich". About the Reuben sandwich, anyone can make a better one at home. The fillings of both of these iconic sandwiches are lacking which makes them in my opinion, flavorless. It's not terrible by any means, but if you're looking for an awesome sandwich, this is not the place. However, if you've ever had a cucumber sandwich at tea time and are amazed that they offer something other than, you'd love it!

Eclectic food that is always delicious. Their sweet potato fries are consistently the best we've ever had!

Food was ok, nothing to write home about. Did take 40 minutes to get a club sandwich togo so that killed this place for me. Also thought a side would come with the sandwich, 1 because thats typical, 2 because I was asked at the register what side I wanted. Nope extra 3 bucks. Doubt I will be back.

Food’s just “ok” but not worth the extremely long wait: it took over forty minutes to arrive after already having waited in a long line to order it. The pork on my Cuban was good, but the sandwich wasn’t panini pressed like you’d expect a Cuban. Others said their sandwiches were “pretty good.” Fresh cut fries were really good, fresh, and also warm, but the tater tots were “terrible” and “warm enough” said the person who got them. Heinz ketchup would have helped, but the few generic packets of ketchup we could get did not.But what REALLY got me was this: our grandmother had eaten her bag of chips during the extended wait - as one would expect - and asked for the server for another for her sandwich, but the server rudely said she’d have to wait in the by-now really long line line and pay before getting them. BTW the server couldn’t have missed her walker… right there. When the server got to me, I was already visibly irritated by her dismissing our mater familia and tersely asked her, “could you please get the lady a bag of chips and we’ll pay you cash for them,” and she at last did. Honestly had that not happened I probably would have overlooked the long wait and the albeit mediocre food, but c’mon, have some respect for an older lady, would ya?Overall, in a quaint tourist town with lots of choices for lunch, I wish we’d made a different one and had more time to spend in the museums and local shops.

One of the best Reuben sandwiches I had in quite a while. Also had the jerked pineapple chicken soup, wow. We will visit again just to try other menu items.

Update we didn't get the full refund just $14 because she said the sandwich was the only thing that had the hair in it, not the sweet potato fries. Does she think we ate the fries after finding hair in our food?Met my wife for lunch. We ordered the special. We split the sandwich. Long story short, we had two long blonde hairs in both sandwiches. We will not be back. This used to be our favorite lunch restaurant. We are waiting on our refund of $29.53, which was 2 swèet teas, a special ham hairy sandwich, and a side order of fries.
